– WWE sent out a survey to some members of their WWE Universe mailing list today, asking fans to respond to questions pertaining to naming a future event that would feature submission matches “for all main events on the card.”
The potential names for the event were:
*WWE Total Submission
*WWE Submission Sunday
*WWE Breaking Point
*WWE Submit & Quit
Also, there was a question included at the end of the survey asking the following:
Generally, how many people are in your WWE pay-per-view viewing group when watching the event in your home or someone else’s home (including yourself)?
Perhaps this is for the corporate offices to better gauge the statement by McMahon at the most recent shareholders meeting when he said that the reason PPV buys were down sharply was because people are opting to watch the shows in bigger groups. It’s also interesting to note that the survey did NOT end with a “Thank You for your Participation” screen.
