In a situation we haven’t had in quite some time, this week’s first-hour RAW rating was actually higher than the second-hour number, which will definitely not make WWE higher-ups happy. The final broadcast rating for the program came in at a 3.4 with 5 million viewers. The first hour did a 3.46 with 5.1 million viewers while the second hour went down to a 3.37 with 4.9 million viewers. Although I haven’t seen the segment-by-segment break down, I assure you that building up to a Big Show vs. Batista main event did not help the rating.

I blame Triple H. Now that he’s back on RAW, the apathy will return to WWE’s Monday Night viewers. 🙂
