– Continuing its Classic Divas series, WWE.com has posted some classic photos of four-time WWE Women’s Champion Lita. The website posted photos of Stacy Keibler yesterday.
– Via Ticketmaster, WWE released some “limited view” tickets for tonight’s Backlash pay-per-view in Providence, Rhode Island before the doors opened for the show.
– John Cena and Triple H vs. Edge and Randy Orton is the advertised dark match for tomorrow night’s RAW in for Bridgeport, Connecticut.
– RAW Superstar Matt Hardy posted an in-character blog on the WWE Universe site talking about his “I Quit” match with Jeff Hardy before tonight’s Backlash show. Matt notes he’s 3 and 0 against his brother and he plans on making it a clean sweep tonight, but that obviously didn’t happen. He also sends out a warning to whoever is the WWE Champion tomorrow.
“I’m also sending out an alert to anyone who may be a World or WWE Champion after tomorrow,” Hardy wrote. “John Cena, Randy Orton, or Triple H, whoever finds themselves in the role of “champion” on the Raw brand-when I move past Jeff at Backlash, you’re next. The forecast is calling for several Black Clouds on Raw in 2009.”
