The word we’re getting is that Rey Mysterio slipped off the ropes when attempting a 619 at tonight’s WWE house show in Lubbock, and landed awkwardly. He was tagging with Shawn Michaels who quickly moved in and ended the match and then left the ring. A medical crew came out to check on Rey, and according to fans spent about 10 minutes with Mysterio in the ring. He was helped out to the back and was limping. Although we have no further word at this time, it’s believed to be an injury to his left leg. We’ll keep you updated.
