WWE has decided to add another match to the Royal Rumble PPV, as Matt Hardy will be challenging Jack Swagger for the ECW Championship. Hardy lost the belt to Swagger on this week’s edition of ECW. The plan was for Swagger to win the belt eventually, and there had been talk of them fighting at the PPV, but the company decided to go with the title switch on TV.
