WWE released Bruce Prichard today, one of the company’s TV producers who has been with WWE for 20 of the last 22 years. The last time Prichard left — in the early 90s — was for a two-year absence after a blowup with Vince McMahon. Prichard hasn’t been at TV in over two weeks, although people backstage had been told he’s on vacation. There’s no word on what caused this move, although several online websites are pointing out Bruce is close friends with Jeff Jarrett, as both men have overcome the same tragic life story of losing their wives to cancer.
