According to reports from Us Weekly magazine, Nick Hogan is expected to be released from prison on Tuesday after serving time in jail as a result of a 2007 car crash. The crash left his long time friend John Graziano, in critical condition. The 18-year-old son of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) wrestling star Hulk Hogan was sentenced on May 9, 2008 to eight months in jail for his role in the accident.
Due to good behavior, Nick, will serve just over 5 months in jail. The Hogan family made the news early in the young man’s jail term when jail tapes were released to the media stating several ‘sensitive comments regarding John’s role in the car accident and poor Nick’s intolerance of ‘jail life’. Hulk Hogan appeared on Larry King Live afterwards to try to gloss over the downpour of bad press coverage.

In a recent statement on her MySpace Celebrity page, sister Brooke Hogan has written, “Nick and I are like best friends…and I can’t believe how long I’ve gone without him. “Not seeing him for six months has been really, really hard.”
