In what some will consider a very surprising news story, and others probably saw coming after his bad match with Michaels, Triple H, and Jericho a few weeks ago, Lance Cade has been released by WWE.

World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of Raw Superstar Lance Cade as of October 14, 2008. WWE wishes Lance the best in all future endeavors.
