– Tonight’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view hits the air with a video package taking about Chicago’s gangster history with Al Capone. TNA hypes Jeff Jarrett, calling him one of the most dangerous bosses of all. We go over the other top stars in TNA, relating them to gangsters of the 1930’s. To the arena we go…
– Mike Tenay welcomes us to the Sears Centre in Chicago, Il to a packed looking crowd. The Steel Asylum is lowered down over the six-sided ring as the fireworks explode and Don West talks about tonight’s matches.
The Steel Cage Asylum: Jay Lethal, Chris Sabin, Alex Shelley, Sonjay Dutt, Curry Man, Jimmy Rave, Johnny Devine, Petey Williams, Shark Boy and Super Eric
All of the X Division wrestlers come to the ring for the Bound For Glory opener. The winner gets a shot at the X Division Title. The door is shut after everyone is inside and the referee is watching from above. Here we go.
Everyone goes crazy at first and the Prince Justice League has the numbers factor. Shark Boy tries to leave but Shelley takes him off the cage. Johnny Devine and Petey go at it until Super Eric hits Devine with a big right hand. The MCMG double team Super Eric and run him across the top rope and then kick him off the ropes.
The Guns continue to double team, this time on Shark Boy. Everyone takes turnas clotheslining Shark Boy in the corner until Devine misses a knee. Now they do the same thing on Devine with everyone hitting clotheslines and Curry Man splashing him in the corner. This match is all over the place.
Eric hits a double driver on Shelley and Devine. Big backbreaker by Sabin on Lethal. Shelley drops Eric from the top rope onto Lethal. MCMG sling Eric over the rope into the steel cage wall. MCMG double team Shark Boy some more and then Rave again. Everyone is now down but MCMG as they point up in the air, representing Detroit. Petey gets up and fights off the Guns. They double clothesline him but Shelley accidently clotheslines Sabin. Petey nails the Canadian Destroyer on Shelley and climbs the cage but here comes Sabin.
Shark boy knocks Petey and Shelley off the cage. Devine drops a nasty looking Divine Intervention on Rave. Devine blocks the Lethal Combination from Lethal and climbs the cage. Devine hits a nasty moonsault on Lethal from the cage wall and climbs the cage again until Dutt runs up and fights him off. Curry climbs the cage and gets in between the two. Curry drops Devine with a Spice Rack and pulls Dutt off the cage. Curry picks Dutt up and launches him into the turnbuckles, then dances to a big pop. Curry climbs the cage wall and makes it to the very top rungs.
Dutt goes after Curry and knocks him to the mat. Jay Lethal follows and he and Dutt hang by the top of the cage and their legs, trading punches. Jay Lethal knocks Dutt senseless and climbs out of the top of the cage to win the match and be the new #1 contender for the X Division Title.

– We go back to ringside with Mike Tenay and Don West, who is in his hometown tonight. West and Tenay run down the rest of the matches on tonight’s card.

Jim thanks Foley for coming and they reminisce a little bit about the old days. Jim says he wants to spend some time with Foley and talk. Jim talks about the live iMPACT from Las Vegas and says he has some Vegas and Spike TV officials here tonight. He tells Foley to make himself at home and leaves. In comes Velvet Sky and Angelina Love, looking for Cornette. They said they wanted blue M&M’s only and start throwing the other colors in Foley’s mouth. Angelina tells Velvet to call the fashion police and start ragging on Foley’s threads. Angelina tells Foley to tell Cornette to fix the M&M situation and leave. Jeremy jokes to Mick he would rather be in Velvet… we cut to a Knockouts promo.

The special referee and Knockouts Law Traci Brooks comes out to the ring first. Out next is The Beautiful People, Angelina Love and Velvet Sky with Cute Kip, looking gayer than ever.
ODB and Angelina meet in the middle of the ring with ODB hitting her with a shove and chops. Angelina ends up tagging Velvet in after a rake to the eyes. Velvet tries to punk Rhino. ODB gets up and hits Velvet with more chops. ODB grabs Velvet’s arm and tags in Rhino. Rhino throws her off the ropes and drops her with a huge hip toss. The crowd calls for a Gore and he sets up. Cute Kip comes in and protects Velvet from the Gore. Rhino goes outside and chases Kip around the ring. They get back in and Velvet tries to clothesline Rhino.
It’s now Rhaka and Kip in the ring. She gets in his face and grabs his throat, but he does the same. Kip grabs her throat again and takes her to the mat with a choke. Rhaka fights back and grabs his balls, bringing him to his knees and tagging in Angelina. She gets in Khan’s face. Rhaka misses a spin kick but kicks her in the gut. ODB tags herself in now and they double team Angelina. Kip comes in and cracks ODB with the makeup case, laying her out. Angelina covers ODB for a 2 count.

Out next is Rhaka Kahn, who I guess is a face these days. Her tag team partner ODB is out next, with flask in hand. Finally, the War Machine Rhino is out next. Rhino charges the ring and gets a nice pop from the crowd. Rhino shakes hands with Curtis Granderson of the Detroit Tigers, who is at ringside. Cute Kip goes over to Granderson and tries to get him riled up. It’s going to be ODB and Angelina Love starting the match out.

Rhino with a flying clothesline on Kip and a back elbow. Rhino with a shoulder block and suplex out of the corner for a 2 count. All 4 of the Knockouts roll to the outside and start brawling. Rhino and Kip go at it now. Kip with a big splash in the cornr on Rhino. Kip goes for his Famouser move and gets a weak Gore out of nowhere from Rhino for the pinfall and the win.

– We’re backstage with Consequences Creed and Lauren. He says last year at Bound For Glory, he debuted for TNA and this year he gets his title shot. He talks about how Sheik Bashir disgusts him with his hate for America. Creed says tonight he will walk away the new X Division Champion.
X Division Championship Match: Sheik Abdul Bashir vs. Consequences Creed
Out first is the X Division Champion, Sheik Abdul Bashir. The crowd in Chicago gives Bashir a ton of heat and starts chanting “USA.” The ring announcer brings out Sergeant Daniel Casara, who was wounded in the war by a land mine I believe they said. Casara comes out decked in his medals and uniform. Casara introduces Consequences Creed, and does a good job as Sheik looks on at ringside mumbling something. Creed’s music hits and out he comes.
Creed walks with Casara up the aisle and thanks him. Sheik gets on the mic and says something in another language, directing it at Casara and Creed. Creed flies in the ring and knocks Bashir down with a clothesline and sends him over the top rope to the floor. Creed flies over the top and lands on Bashir, jumping on the announcers table to high five Tenay and West.
Back in the ring now and Creed nails a big cross body from the top for a 2 count. Creed is pretty much controlling the match now. Creed with another close 2 count after a sitting clothesline. Creed hits Bashir with chops and a right hand in the corner. Bashir knees Creed and knocks him into the fan barrier at ringside. Bashir goes outside and drops Creed over the railing. Back in the ring and a 2 count for Sheik.
Fans try to get behind Creed now as Sheik hits a big knee to the gut and another 2 count. They trade chops in the middle of the ring now and Creed misses a big splash as Sheik rolls out of the way. Two more back to back 2 counts on Creed. Sheik takes him back to the mat with a body scissors and sleeper hold. Creed fights to his feet and rolls Sheik up for a 2 count.
Off the ropes now and Sheik locks on another sleeper hold, forcing Creed back to the mat. Creed looks to be out as the ref starts the count. Creed stops his hand from falling on the 3rd count and he fights to his feet. Creed drops Bashir with a kick that barely hits and both men are down as the referee starts the 10 count. They trade shots in the ring now until Creed hits a flying forearm. Back bodydrop by Creed and a 2 count.
Creed lifts Sheik high over his head and drops him over his own knees but only gets a 2 count off the move. Jawbreaker by Sheik. Creed counters with a big kick and clothesline. Creed climbs to the top turnbuckle but takes too long and Sheik knocks him down. Sheik hits a nice hurrancanrana off the top but only for a 2 count. Creed grabs Sheik on his shoulders but Sheik fights off. Sheik rolls Creed up and pulls the ropes for leverage and gets the 1-2-3 for the win.
Winner: Sheik Abdul Bashir
– We go backstage with Foley and Borash in Cornette’s office. Foley is telling some story about Jim Ross. Awesome Kong and Raeisha Saed come in and she tells Foley to zip it, asking where Cornette is. Saed says “it doesn’t matter…” and Foley tells her that’s gimmick infringement and he has The Rock on speed dial. Saed says Kong is not responsible for what Kong does tonight and she is in a very bad mood. She tells Foley to pass the message to Cornette. Foley says she needs a visit from his good friend, Yurpa the Clown, gets on the phone and makes a phone call. We cut to another promo.
TNA Knockouts Championship Match: Roxxi vs. Awesome Kong vs. Taylor Wilde
Out first for this title match is Awesome Kong, with Raeisha Saed right behind her. Out next is Roxxi who interacts with a guy dressed as a fortune teller at ringside. Some of the fans are dressed up for the Halloween Contest tonight. Finally out is the Knockouts Champion, Taylor Wilde.
The match starts with Roxxi and Taylor trying to double team Kong and after a minute or two, they finally do. Taylor almost hits Roxxi but they double dropkick Kong, sending her to the outside. Roxxi and Taylor go at it now and Taylor puts her knees in Roxxi’s back. Taylor hits a hurrancanrana or two and another for a 2 count on Roxxi. Kong comes back in and throws Taylor around by her hair. Saed is on the outside beating up Roxxi now.
Taylor rolls Kong up for a close 2 count but Roxxi breaks it up. Roxxi throws Taylor to the floor but turns around to a huge right hand from Kong to the neck. Kong slaps Roxxi with a huge knife edge chop. Roxxi backs her in the corner and nails some chops of her own. Neckbreaker and back splash by Roxxi on Kong. Roxxi climbs the top and lands on Kong with her knees but only gets a 1 count as Taylor breaks it up. Roxxi puts Taylor on her shoulders but Kong levels them both with a big boot. Roxxi halts Kong with a jaw breaker but Kong flies through the air and hits a cross body on Roxxi for a 2 count.
Kong nails the Implant Buster on Roxxi but only gets a 2 count as Taylor breaks the pin. Kong drops Taylor with a clothesline. Kong climbs to the top rope but Taylor meets her up there. Taylor kicks Kong, knocking her to the floor. Roxxi drops Taylor but only gets a 2 count. Taylor Wilde, almost out of nowhere, drops Roxxi with a bridge suplex and holds it for the pinfall and the win.
Winner: Taylor Wilde
– Back in Cornette’s office, this time with Foley, Borash and AJ Styles. Styles says he is excited to have Foley in TNA, but not some of the other guys from the other company. In comes Team 3D. Bubba calls AJ a huge mark and says Foley is not that big of a deal. Styles gets in a shouting match with Devon. Foley calms things down and AJ leaves to get ready for his match. Foley asks Bubba why he had to raid his wardrobe, talking about his red flannel shirt. Bubba says Hello Cactus, good to see you again old buddy. Bubba tells Foley he looks better than he does in the flannel. Bubba says they will stay out of Foley’s way and he should do the same. Foley gets a little pissed and says one day maybe he will shut Bubba’s mouth. Team 3D walks off when Cornette comes back in. Foley goes off to get read for the match as Cornette and Borash talk. Monster’s Ball Tag Team Title Match: The LAX vs. Abyss & Matt Morgan vs. Team 3D vs. Beer Money Inc.
Out first is the special referee, former Chicago Bear and Four Horsemen member Steve “Mongo” McMichaels. Out first is the TNA Tag Team Champions, Robert Roode and James Storm with Jackie. Out next is the team of Abyss and Matt Morgan followed by Team 3D and then the team of LAX, Homicide and Hernandez.
The match starts and everyone charges Beer Money, beating them down. Mongo looks lik, oh what the hell. Bubba and Morgan go to the floor and start fighting. Abyss and Devon are also on the floor fighting. LAX double teams Storm in the ring as Roode is also down. Hernandez throws Storm back into a clothesline by Homicide. More double teaming by LAX. Roode fights off Hernandez now. Hernandez just shoves Roode with his shoulder. Homicide flies over the top rope and lands on Beer Money on the outside. Hernandez gets ready in the ring and leaps over the top rope, also landing on Beer Money.
Bubba grabs a trash can lid and drops Hernandez with it. In the ring, Homicide and Devon go at it. Homicide shatters a crutch over Devon’s back and pieces fly. Homicide grabs a fork and tries to make it look like he’s stabbing Devon in the head with it, but it’s the most obvious thing I’ve ever seen in a match. Homicide grabs the fork again, and a knife and uses it some more as Hernandez fights Roode on the floor and everyone else fights. More of the fork and knife in the ring but now Devon is busted up.
Abyss hits the Shock Treatement on Homicide in the ring. Bubba has a cheese grater in the ring now and uses it on the head of Abyss. Mongo McMichael just watches what’s going on. Bubba now works on Hernandez and takes him to the top. Bubba hits a huge suplex on Hernandez from the top and I swear the ring jumped. Bubba covers Hernandez but Roode breaks the pin. Roode with a boot to Bubba’s head. Storm and Roode double team Bubba now. Roode covers Bubba and McMichaels counts an unbelievably slow 2 count.
Matt Morgan comes in now and fights off both members of Beer Money. Morgan covers Storm but Mongo counts another very slow 2 count. Devon comes in and drops Roode on his head. He turns around to a big chokeslam from Abyss. Abyss, who is all bloody, grabs Roode until Storm comes in. Storm has a bag of tacks. Mongo takes the tacks from Storm. Beer Money now corner Mongo and mess with him. Storm grabs his beer football helmet and challenges Mongo to a face off.
Storm gets in a stance as does Mongo. Storm pretends to hike a football to Roode. Mongo ducks Storm and clotheslines Roode. Hernandez comes in and throws Roode to the floor with a running clothesline. The crowd chants “we want tables.” Bubba brings Morgan back in the ring. This match is kind of stalled. Nobody seems to know what’s going on. Morgan goes to the top, flies to the floor on Hernandez, Roode and Storm. Morgan looks to have hurt himself.
Team 3D fight with Abyss on the entrance way, beating him with a trash can. Bubba uses a staple gun on Abyss’ forehead, which is bleeding heavily now. Team 3D drags Abyss up the ramp. Abyss ducks a punch from Devon and it connects with Bubba. Abyss now fights both members of Team 3D. Johnny Devine comes out and lays out Abyss with a kendo stick then brings a table to the entrance. They set it up below the stage. Bubba is on the stage with Abyss, hyping up the crowd. Devon throws lighter fluid to Bubba and both of them douse the table and set it on fire.
Devine lights the table on fire as Bubba and Devon throw him off the stage through the table. A crew member comes over and puts Abyss’ flames out with an extinguisher but they don’t all go out at first. Everyone is busted open in this match it looks like. Morgan and Roode fight it out outside of the ring.
Beer Money take out Morgan until Hernandez cracks Storm with a kendo stick. Hernandez throws Storm and Roode into the ring. Homicide goes to the top but Roode stops him. Homicide dropkicks Roode and Storm from the top. Elbow by Homicide on Storm. Roode takes Homicide to the top rope but Cide turns it into a DDT from the top. Homicide covers Roode but Mongo counts another slow 2 count. Hernandez catches Storm off the top and hits a sit down powerbomb for another very slow 2 count by Mongo. Hernandez puts Roode on his shoulders, drops him and Homicide comes off the top rope with a splash for another real slow 2 count. LAX is getting pissed now.
Homicide leaps off the top and knocks Roode off Hernandez’s shoulder. LAX goes for the pin again but Jackie breaks it up by jumping on Mongo’s back. He spanks her and sends her on her way. Morgan comes back in and goes at it with Homicide. Morgan slams him on his face. Morgan with a body drop on Hernandez. LAX double team Morgan with a Border Toss off the top. Bubba brings in another table.
Team 3D hits the What’s Up on Homicide. They turn around and Hernandez double clotheslines them. Hernandez sets up the table in the ring now. Hernandez grabs the bag of tacks and this time Mongo says he can’t do anything about it. Hernandez can’t get the bag open and Mongo helps him. They pour the tacks on the table. Hernandez goes to powerbomb Devon but Bubba hits him from the back. Team 3D nail the big 3D on Hernandez through the table and go for the pinfall. Beer Money come in, spit beer in Devon’s face and Roode covers Hernandez while everyone else is down, make Mongo count the 3 count for the win.
Winners: Beer Money, Inc.
Three-Way Match: Booker T vs. AJ Styles vs. Christian Cage
Out first for this “three-way war” as the ring announcer called it is Booker T with his wife Sharmell. Christian Cage is out next followed by finally, AJ Styles.
The bell rings and AJ and Booker start brawling first thing. AJ yells at Cage on the outside and Booker drops AJ. Christian comes in the ring now and has words with Booker. They shake hands and hug. Christian drops Booker as he turns his back for a 2 count. AJ and Christian trade rights and lefts now and trade 2 counts via backslides in the middle of the ring.
Cage catches AJ on the top rope, hits him and knocks him to the floor on the outside. Booker hits Cage with rights and lefts in the ring, knocking him down. Booker kicks Cage in the ribs, knocking him to the floor as well. AJ comes back to the apron, hits Booker and nails a big moonsault onto Cage on the floor. AJ gets his momentum stopped by Booker and he’s laid out on the floor. Booker and Cage go at it in the ring now. Christian comes off the top but Booker drops him and gets a 2 count.
Booker with another big kick in the ring and another 2 count. Booker locks on the side headlock on Cage as the ref checks out Christian. Christian fights to his feet but gets dropped by another big flying kick by Booker, and another 2 count. Christian manages to roll Booker up for a 2 count. AJ is still on the outside laid out.
Booker backs Christian in the corner and hits him with rights and big knife chops. Christian comes back with chops of his own. Both men go for a clothesline and knock each other down. AJ comes up and hits a flying forearm, knocking down Booker. Clothesline on Christian and rights on Booker by AJ. AJ with another big clothesline on Booker drops him. AJ leaps and hits a big splash on Christian in the corner.
A series of counters by all three men looks amazing. Booker ends up on the floor and AJ decks Christian. AJ goes for the Styles Clash but Cage fights it off. Cage goes for the Unprettier but AJ counters. AJ off the top, turns it into an inverted DDT but Cage counters that too. AJ knocks Booker off the apron and hits the DDT on Cage finally for a 2 count. AJ hits Christian with rights as Booker gets back up and drops both men.
Christian is on the outside now as Booker and AJ go at it in the ring. Booker misses the scissors kick and AJ rolls him up out of a flying armbar. AJ puts the pressure on the armbar as he tries to submit Booker. Cage comes in, the hold is broken. AJ kicks Cage and drops him again. AJ gets caught in the Book End by Booker T. Booker covers AJ for another 2 count. Booker tries to get hype and does the Spinarooni but turns around to a big forearm from Christian. Christian now mocks Booker’s mannerisms. AJ gets up, leaps off Christian’s knee and nails Booker. Big spinning kick by AJ onto Booker. AJ turns around to a big implant DDT from Christian and a close 2 count.
Christian takes AJ to the top. Booker comes from behind but AJ punches him away. AJ turns it around on Cage and throws him from the top. AJ goes for the Spiral Tap and misses it, landing on his leg. Booker hits a double axe kick on Styles and Cage at the same time. Booker covers AJ for a 2 count and then Cage for a 2 count. Booker goes to the top rope but Cage throws AJ into him. Cage hits a tackle on AJ and goes for the pin but Booker is distracting the referee. AJ hits a big right hand on Cage. Cage catapults AJ into Booker on the top turnbuckle. Christian and AJ are on the turnbuckle facing Booker, all three men fighting. Christian hits the Unprettier off the top rope onto AJ. Booker comes off the top and hits the axe kick on Cage, covering him for the pinfall and the win.

– Backstage, Lauren is with Kurt Angle talking about tonight’s one-on-one match. Angle asks why is Mick Foley the Special Enforcer? To protect Jeff Jarrett, he says. Angle says he will beat the hell out of Jarrett tonight. We cut to another room with Jeremy Borash and Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett is crying. Borash asks what’s going through his mind and he talks about the last two years of pain.Jarrett says tonight he does it for his family and walks out.
Jeff Jarrett vs. Kurt Angle with Special Enforcer Mick Foley
Out first for this match is the Special Enforcer, Mick Foley. Foley enters the ring as Kurt Angle’s music hits and out comes the Olympic Gold Medalist. Jeff Jarrett’s music hits and out comes the TNA boss to a huge pop.
Jarrett, Foley and Angle meet in the middle of the ring. Angle flips off Foley to his face. The bell rings and we get ready to go. The crowd is definitely into this one to start it off. They go to lock up and Angle takes Jarrett down by his knees, trying to show Jarrett up. Angle takes Jarrett down again, tripping him up. Angle taunts Jarrett. Angle takes Jarrett down with a side headlock and gets a 2 count out of it. Jarrett gets to his feet and fights out of the hold. Angle off the ropes, drops Jarrett with a shoulder and applies another headlock.
Jeff gets back to his feet in the side headlock. Jarrett off the ropes with a big hip toss on Angle and a side headlock of his own on the met. Mick Foley watches the match from outside the ring. We’re getting a lot of “boring chants” from the crowd. Jeff drops Angle with a shoulder and applies another side headlock. The 5th or 6th side headlock on the mat in this match so far.
Angle backs Jeff in the corner and hits him with knees and a big German uppercut. Jeff clotheslines Angle over the top and they fight on the floor. Jarrett comes off the apron but misses Angle and hits the steel railing. Angle throws Jarrett back in the ring and kicks him in the ribs, taunting him. Angle with another big uppercut, knocks Jeff back to his knees.
Jarrett hits a big enziguri kick on Angle and splashes him in the ropes. Jarrett does his patented Double J strut in the ring but turns around to a huge clothesline from Kurt Angle. Both men are down. Angle gets up first and drops Jarrett over his knee for two 2 counts in a row. Another side headlock by Angle.
Jarrett gets to his feet and fights out of the headlock. Jarrett rolls Angle up for a 2 count. Angle with another big clothesline on Jarrett and another 2 count. Angle’s now looking frustrated. A big suplex by Angle for another two 2 counts on Jarrett. Angle applies another headlock on Jarrett.
Jarrett fights back but Angle turns it around in the corner with shoulder thrusts. Angle charges, Jarrett moves and Angle hits the ring post. Jarrett hits a DDT on Angle and both men are down again. The ref begins his 10 count. They get up and trade big right hands, rocking each other. Angle hits a knee but Jarrett nails two big clotheslines and a sitdown powerbomb for a 2 count. Angle runs into Jarrett’s boot but nails a belly to belly suplex for a close 2 count.
Angle goes for a big slam but Jarrett turns it into a DDT and another 2 count. Jarrett tries to suplex Angle from the top rope but Angle hits him with lefts and rights. They fight it out on the top. Jeff hits the superplex from the top on Angle and gets a very close 2 count. They get up and Jarrett trips Angle and locks on a figure four in the middle of the ring.
Jarrett applies the pressure on the figure four in the middle of the ring but Angle eventually gets to the ropes after his shoulders hit the mat for 2 counts a few times. Jarrett won’t break the hold until the referee has to do so as Foley looks on. They get back up and Angle hits a German Suplex for a 2 count and holds it. Another German Suplex by Angle followed by another for a 2 count. Angle goes for an Angle Slam but Jarrett counters with an arm drag. Jarrett goes for a piledriver but Angle counters it but Jarrett gets a 2 count on a rollup. Angle grabs Jeff’s ankle and locks on the Ankle Lock. Jarrett goes for the ropes.
Angle keeps the hold applied as Jarrett tries to reach the ropes. Jeff rolls Angle over and breaks the hold. Angle goes for the Angle Slam and nails it, dropping Jarrett. 2 count again by Angle. Angle climbs the ropes as Jarrett is down. Angle wobbles on the top rope and goes for the moonsault but Jarrett rolls out of the way. Jarrett sits up and rallies behind the fans. Angle goes for a clothesline but hits the referee as Jeff ducked. Jeff nails The Stroke on Angle, laying him out. Mick Foley comes in to count the pin but its only a 2 count as Angle kicks out.
Foley goes to check on the down referee and Angle hits a low blow on Jarrett. Angle gets a steel chair from ringside and Foley tells no, he’s not using a chair. Angle lays out Foley with the chair! Angle gets in the ring and lays out Jarrett with the chair, hitting him in the head. Angle covers Jarrett for the pinfall as the referee counts. Foley gets up and pulls the referee out. Foley confronts Angle in the ring and drops him with a right hand. Foley pulls out Mr. Socko and locks on the mandible claw on Angle. Foley lets go of Angle and Jarrett smashes Angle with a guitar. Jarrett covers Angle as Foley counts the 1-2-3!

TNA World Championship Match: Sting vs. Samoa Joe
We see Sting waking backstage as a promo for him hits and he enters the arena, making his way to the ring. We cut to Samoa Joe backstage as a promo for him airs and he makes his way to the ring also for this TNA World Title main event. Jeremy Borash is in the ring and does the introductions for Sting and Samoa Joe.
The bell sounds and Sting and Joe start brawling, trading punches. Joe dumps Sting over the top rope to the floor. Joe comes flying through the ropes and nails Sting into the fan barrier. Joe with big chops on Sting on the outside. Earl Hebner tells them to get back in the ring. Joe takes Sting into the crowd and works him over as Earl Hebner follows through the crowd. Joe pulls Sting through the crowd, beating him. Sting fights back and returns the favor. Obviously there is no countout as they’re just walking up the steps, in the middle of the fans, trading punches as Hebner follows.
They fight all the way to the top of the steps. Joe walks up into a luxury box and leaps over the railing onto Sting on the steps. Joe legit barely touched Sting there it looked like and risked all that for nothing. They fight back down the steps and this is not looking too good for a main event on PPV.
They go back down the steps and Sting takes control, getting the punches in this time on Joe. Sting stands up on a railing and leaps onto Joe and they tumble onto a row of seats. The crowd breaks out in a huge “TNA” chant. It looks like Joe’s nose is busted open. Sting walks the barrier but Joe trips him and hits a running boot, knocking him to the floor. More TNA chants. They’re still fighting in the crowd. Joe brings Sting back to the ringside area as the fans pop.
They make it back in the ring now and Sting is down. Joe with a running elbow in Sting’s face while in the corner and a big kick. Sting leaps off the top and nails Joe. Sting comes off the top again with a frogsplash for a 2 count.
Joe gets back up and powerbombs Sting, then locks on the STF, trying to make Sting submit. Sting gets up and tries to fight back but Joe nails a big snap slam for a 2 count. Sting hits a Stinger Splash in the corner and nails Joe’s own Muscle Buster on him. Joe gets right up from the move like it did nothing to him and hits huge chops on Sting. Big clothesline by Joe and slaps to the face. Joe does Sting’s own Death Drop move to him, laying him out. Sting gets right up from the move and they trade right hands in the ring. Sting hits another Stinger Splash, this time on Joe’s back. Another Splash by Sting. Joe counters another Splash and slams Sting on the mat.
Joe drops Sting again with three knees in a row and tells Earl Hebner to count Sting knocked out. Hebner begins his count. Sting gets up and Joe kicks at his legs, knocking him back down. Joe knocks down Sting yet again. Hebner begins another count on Sting. Sting barely gets up at 8 and Joe attacks Sting, knocking him back on the ropes. Joe gets in Hebner’s face now. Out comes Kevin Nash! Nash watches what’s going on from ringside and walks over to Sting, who is still trying to get up. Joe is still arguing with Hebner. Sting gets up and Joe hits more right hands.
Hebner calls Joe off again and they argue some more. Sting reaches for his bat and gets it. Nash grabs the bat from Sting from the outside. Sting turns around to a big clothesline from Joe. Joe covers Sting for a close 2 count. Joe with more right hands. Joe runs the ropes, Hebner gets hit barely and Nash cracks Joe with the bat, staggering him. Sting hits the Death Drop on Joe for the pinfall and the win!

– TNA’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view goes off the air with the new TNA World Champion Sting celebrating as Joe lays in the ring, still down. A promo for TNA Turning Point airs and that’s it!
