Following two postponements due to the effects of Hurricane Ike down South, tickets for WrestleMania XXV will officially go on sale to the public on November 8, at 10 a.m. CT. Tickets will become available at both Houston’s Reliant Stadium box office, and at all Ticketmaster locations.
Tickets for WrestleMania XXV were originally scheduled to go on sale September 20, then rescheduled for October 11 out of concern for the residents of the Gulf Coast of Texas, and a disaster area declaration made by Texas Governor Rick Perry. Following the hurricane, WWE once again postponed ticket sales with the public and its wellbeing in mind.
In addition to sending our thoughts out to those affected by Hurricane Ike, WWE thanks the WWE Universe for their understanding, and looks forward to our fans getting their tickets to sports-entertainment’s biggest annual extravaganza on November 8.
Jacob Spades says
If they continue postponing the ticket sales, it’ll be the night before WrestleMania before they go on sale!
But I do understand the reason for it and I think it’s a smart move. I also think it would be a smart move if they were to donate a portion of those ticket sales to the victims of the hurricane.
