DISNEY THROW ROCK INTO SPACE
DISNEY is turning another piece of its theme park magic into a movie.
Following on from the massive success of the Pirates of the Caribbean films, which were based on a ride, the studio is planning an epic space adventure inspired by a whole section of its famous parks, Tomorrowland.
The futuristic action movie will be written as a vehicle for DWAYNE JOHNSON, AKA The Rock, who recently starred in The Game Plan.
Despite its close ties to the Magic Kingdom segment, which includes Space Mountain, Disney say the film will not be called Tomorrowland.
