– WWEshop.com now has RAW vs. SmackDown 2009 Packages available to order for the various gaming systems. The packages include the game, a t-shirt, a strategy guide and a set of RAW/SmackDown and ECW Double Dog Tags. The Packages will ship on 11/9.
– Ultimate WWE jobber Steve “Brooklyn Brawler” Lombardi will be reprising his role as Abe “Knuckleball” Schwartz for WWE’s 24/7 service to introduce the channel’s baseball-themed segments in October.
– Don sent the following: I figure it’s pretty much a given because he’s the hometown hero and all but my son and wife caught an early advertising for Survivor Series here in Boston last night and John Cena’s name was mentioned twice as appearing. I checked out the website for the TD Banknorth Garden arena and they have the generic advertisement, but Cena’s name is there and so is Mr. Kennedy and Edge.
