Word going around the Internet is that Mick Foley has agreed on a deal with TNA. The two sides had agreed to terms of a new deal, and had been in talks for quite some time, but nothing was mentioned or made official since Foley’s WWE contract had him obligated to keep quiet until September 1st. Foley has expressed interest in working with AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, and Kurt Angle in some capacity, and has shared those thoughts with a few friends in WWE.
The last time Foley was to be involved with TNA, Vince McMahon broke it up by offering him a multi-year deal in the last second that sent him to WWE. Foley has not been happy with how WWE used him as of late. With his creative genius and the freedom TNA might give him to work with, he could be a key part of the company.
It will be interesting to see when he debuts, as Sting and Jeff Jarrett are set to make surprise appearances leading up to the next TNA PPV, or at the PPV itself, so one would think they’ll hold off another month for Foley. Then again, it’s TNA.

This has the potential to be a very big acquisition for TNA. Of course the internet-based TNA attack machine will likely destroy this story before the guy even gets on TV, but such is the life of the smarks, I guess.
A Foley vs. Styles match would be awesome!

I just want to see Foley Worked over By Samoa Joe. Lets see how week of a wrestler old Mick really is.
