– The current plan as of this weekend was to have a Fatal Four Way for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE’s SummerSlam pay-per-view with CM Punk defending against JBL, John Cena and Batista. WWE looks to be holding the Cena vs. Batista singles program for a later date, maybe WrestleMania 25 which was the original plan.
One likely outcome of the SummerSlam match is to have CM Punk pin JBL to retain the belt. As always, things are subject to change in WWE but this was the current plan as of this weekend. No word yet on where Kane will be fitting into things. The RAW main event for SummerSlam should unfold on RAW tonight.
