Location: Brisbane Queensland, Australia

Just letting you know some details about the 17/6 SD/ECW House Show in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Show started at 7:30, about 80% of people were in their seats.
Crowd was decently loud the whole night, and filled about 95% of the Brisbane Entertainment Center.
Results:
CM Punk vs Jamie Noble vs Chavo Guerrero.
A surprise triple threat to start off the show. CM Punk was absolutely over, and Guerrero got some major heat as well. The match was fairly short, and after some ‘two guys in the ring, one out’ stuff, CM Punk got the win with the GTS on Guerrero mid-ring.
Winner: CM Punk
Shelton Benjamin vs Kofi Kingston
This match dulled the crowd a bit. Way too many restholds, no expansive wrestling. This can be attributed to these guys working 6 shows straight beforehand I’d imagine. After some exciting reversals, Kofi got the win with his Buzzsaw kick. Jamaican me crazy Kofi? Not really, no.
Winner: Kofi Kingston.
Michelle McCool & Kelly Kelly vs Victoria and Natalya.
Some good heat for both teams of divas. Some stuffing around before the match where both teams would climb on the turnbuckles and receive either a pop or boo. Victoria fell off the turnbuckle to laughter from the crowd…An alright divas match, especially the parts where McCool or Kelly jumped up and down for the hot tag…hot is right…;). McCool got the win on Victoria with some sort of ankle submission hold.
Winner: Michelle McCool and Kelly Kelly.
Shannon Moore vs The Great Khali.
Khali got a face reaction here…Good God/s…Khali is just…well…holy shit…Yes, holy shit he’s terrible in the ring, but my word…gigantic. After about 30 seconds, Khali wins with his “Khali Bomb”! (They get creative with the bomb names don’t they?)
Winner: The Great Khali.
WWE Tag Team Championships: Miz & Morrison vs Finlay/Hornswoggle.
The shit beforehand went for longer than the actual match…you can only watch Hornswoggle do his ‘tricks’ for so long…even kids yelled out ‘Get the match started!’. That’s a sure sign that no one is interested in seeing which side Finlay will throw his hat to. Hornswoggle actually got some offense in: jawbreaker, hurricanrana…all that stuff. After Miz and Morrison were called gay by the crowd, they picked up a cheap win thanks to a Miz low blow on Finlay. Finlay and Hornswoggle would beat down the champs afterwards though so that everyone was eventually happy…
Winners: Miz & Morrison.
*Intermission*
US Championship match: Matt Hardy vs Chuck Palumbo.
Chuck/Slash got cheers when on the bike, and boos off…Hardy was absolutely super over. After resthold, Hardy fightback, Palumbo dominance, Hardy fightback, resthold, Twist of Fate…it was over. Nothing to report really at all.
Winner: Matt Hardy.
MVP and Mark Henry vs Kane and The Undertaker.
Wow…My ears are still ringing from the cheers for Undertaker. Again, there was about 10 minutes of f****** around before the match, but it was worth it to see Taker’s entrance “for the last time…”. Kane’s pyro is also awesome. MVP did the chicken heel thing perfectly and got some major heat here. After hot tags from Kane and Undertaker and then Kane again, Undertaker would hit the Tombstone for the win on MVP. Henry got in a lot of offence in this one. Again, Undertaker was deafeningly cheered after as he posed with Kane for a while. Great match.
Winners: Kane and the Undertaker.
Funaki vs Vladmir Kozlov
Squash # 2. Dullest match of the night. How they follow up the Undertaker match with this is beyond me. Kozlov was remarked several times as being ‘the spitting image of Batista’ and even ‘Batista’ by some dumbass kids (a lot of them tonight…). He wins with his reverse DDT, that doesn’t look as bad as some would think.
Winner by a bit less than Khali: Kozlov.
WHC Match: Edge vs Batista.
Was waiting to see Edge the whole night…did the chicken heel thing brilliantly but for a little too long before the match…at one stage he ran all the way to the back…he got on the mic, the only wrestler that did up until that stage, and called the crowd wankers…’The fat lady with the Hornswoggle hat is a wanker! The woman who needs to go to weightwatchers is a wanker! The bald guy’s a wanker! The kid who needs to see a dentist is a wanker! You’re all WANKAZZZZZZZZ!’…made my night.
The match was back and forth, not too much Batista dominance. Edge was saved by Chavo and Bam Neeley though when they came down and pulled Batista off of Edge after he had hit the Batista Bomb and Edge was DQ’d…Taker came out afterwards and beat off the heels to a great ovation.
Winner by DQ: Batista.
My first ever show and wasn’t disappointed. Not too many fast-paced matches, which was a downer, but you can’t expect that from them…they were simply exhausted. The crowd were into it for most of the night, barring a few dull patches. Edge is simply awesome…the amount of mark kids there was not.
