Nick Bollea will have to spend the next eight months behind bars. Hulk Hogan’s son was sentenced earlier today, as just about every major media outlet has reported, and received the following sentence:
8 months in county jail starting immediately
5 years probation
500 hours of community service, none of which can be performed with public speaking
No alcohol consumption for five years
Drivers license revoked for three years
No felony would be recorded on his record. He was said to be accepting of his sentence. Considering he could have gotten years of prison, I’d say not bad. Hulk appeared so he can speak with the judge, and wore his regular “work attire.” Quite the scene. The entire session was very emotional, with Nick saying he’s sorry for what happend and prays for his friend John every day.
