In an updated preview for WWE WrestleMania 24, Pay-Per-View distributor iNDEMAND are advertising John Cena as the first name listed in their synopsis for the event:

At this point it is unknown to whether or not John Cena will work the show. Several sources have stated that it isn’t likely that John Cena will be able to work a match at WrestleMania 24 however it makes sense if he would make an appearance. Recent reports suggest that WWE creative are trying to come up with something for John Cena to be part of the event however it is not confirmed in what capacity.
