I was really hoping that I wouldn’t have to do this column. I have been putting this off for a good six weeks but after today’s news I don’t want to let this go any longer. My father has been very ill on and off since July with late September to now being the worst for him. Today we found out that he has colon cancer and because he has congestive heart failure, a weak heart, emphysema and poor kidneys, the doctors feel that he would not survive surgery for the cancer. As you can see he’s in very poor health and the belief is that he doesn’t have much time. However, how much time he has we just don’t know.
It would not be fair to any of you to do a column every now and then, especially since my mind isn’t on wrestling like it usually is. God I hate this because you have been with me with my brother in law and mother’s death and here we go again. I’m so sorry that I have a way of popping these things to you and I thank you all for always being so supportive and caring when these tragedies have hit my family. I hope I will return soon because you know me I love to write about the shows, but I just don’t know how soon it will be before I return. Thank you all for sticking with me through the good and the very bad.
