The only match on the “Road to Bound for Glory” half-hour special saw Roxxi Laveaux go over Ms. Brooks. Again, we saw some arrogant actions by Robert Roode as he caused Ms. Brooks to get kicked square in the face to start the match. At the end of this match, Roode left without Ms. Brooks. Punk!
After the match was over, Jeremy Borash previewed the Bound for Glory pay-per-view in the Gwinnett Center in Atlanta, Georgia. I’ve never seen the inside of this particular arena, so it was pretty cool to see it empty. Let’s hope that the place fills out nicely for the pay-per-view.
Nothing ground-breaking happened during this half-hour pay-per-view hype show…though I thought it was a nice precursor to the big event.
