ECW Champion CM Punk was spotted early this morning getting out of a limousine in Detroit, Michigan being followed around by CNN television cameras. Apparently they are filming him for their upcoming documentary on deaths in professional wrestling. Tonight’s ECW/SmackDown tapings will take place from the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit.
Speaking of tonight’s tapings, WWE is advertising the main event as Rey Mysterio & Batista vs. Finlay & the Great Khali. It is likely this match will be a dark main event.
