Celtic Warlord Sheamus O’Shaunessy first introduced himself to the Florida Championship Wrestling faithful on his knees! That was until the heavy baseline from his original theme tune ‘The Irish Curse’ kicked-in and he popped to his feet, made his way to the ring, uncloaked, and held aloft his mighty double-headed axe ‘An Troid.’
Not one to be delayed by ceremony, it was down to business for SOS against fellow FCW debutante Bryan Kelly who took it straight to the Irishman from the get-go; working the shoulder and taking him to the mat. An elbow to the jaw jaunted Kelly and left an opening for a vicious onslaught from O’Shaunessy culminating in a trademark ‘War sword’ as Kelly came flying back off the ropes.
Kelly made a valiant comeback with a Stinger Splash, a clothesline and a Bulldog or two but it was lights-out when SOS caught him unawares by the throat, lifted him high, and buried him into the canvas with his F.R.H. finisher. One, Two, Three… See ya!
Now his debut is out of the way Sheamus is looking to the rest of the FCW Roster for the next challenger…
The 2nd of October show took place in at Bourbon Street Night Club, New Port Richey, Florida,
