I’m from the Dominican Republic, and over here you can watch WWE on both the CW, and USA, but there’s also a local channel which apparently has the rights to broadcast. RAW gets broadcasted on Saturdays, and SmackDown on Sunday, (only one hour each though; 12pm-1pm.) Pay-per views get broadcasted completely. When Vengeance was aired, during the Johnny Nitro vs. CM Punk match you could clearly hear the “We Want Benoit” Chants, and Hugo and Carlito (Spanish commentators) also mentioned Benoit they even said “la gente esta muy triste, la gente queria a Benoit” meaning “the people are very sad, the people wanted Benoit.” Throughout the match you could clearly notice that this was the original Vengeance, as it wasn’t edited at all. I just wanted to tell you that ‘Vengeance’ aired this week in Portugal and none of the “We want Benoit!” references and chants were cut out. [Thanks to Mykas]
The Benoit tribute show was scrapped here in South Africa, they basically gave away the main events of Vengeance for free in place of RAW. The WWE house shows for the 5th, 6th and 7th of September in South Africa sold out at the beginning of July. They were only on sale for about a week. [Thanks to Terraryz]
