Monday Night RAW scored a 3.4 cable rating this week, off of a very low first hour – 3.0 – and a 3.7 second hour. Obviously the first hour number is a concern for many people within the company, but Larry King’s show having John Cena and Chris Jericho on, a few news channel doing WWE/Benoit coverage, the MLB Home Run Derby and All-Star game coverage, and some folks still enjoying an extended July 4th holiday, one can pick a poison as to why that happened.
AM RAW on July 7 ended up doing a 0.8 rating, with a 3.4 share.
