Tonight’s WWE Monday Night RAW will air live from the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. RAW will be a special 3-hour show which will be focused on the Mr. McMahon “memorial serviceâ€. Reports are suggesting that WWE are ready to move away from the way that they have been booking the death angle and start a new direction the angle/storyline could be done. UPDATE: Since the tragic death of WWE Superstar Chris Benoit, all plans for tonight’s WWE RAW have been scrapped and they are now scheduled to do a show on the life of Chris “The Crippler†Benoit.
At the start, WWE booked the Mr. McMahon death angle as if it was real. However on last week’s WWE RAW it looked like that they were heading towards more of a comedy act until Stephanie McMahon appeared, saying that their would be swore vengeance and taking it very serious. Even after last week’s WWE RAW a lot of people in WWE were unaware of which direction the company would be taking the storyline.
The current word now on the Mr. McMahon death storyline is to expect lots of cameos from people dogging Mr. McMahon in order to give the storyline more of a comedy end to Mr. McMahon’s “deathâ€. I guess we will see which direction they will decide to go with.
