Two weeks ago, Shane McMahon came to Raw to guarantee a new beginning…the first-ever tri-branded draft…saying that no one is safe.
The announcement shocked the WWE to the core, as Superstars and Divas from Raw, SmackDown and ECW are all eligible to be drafted at the special Raw in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
In fact, everyone is eligible, including announcers, referees and even General Managers, so there sure to be at least one shocker in the selection process.
It goes without saying that the Superstars will be nervous…because until their name is (or is not) called, none of the Superstars will know if the brand they currently call home will still be theirs come Tuesday morning.
The three-hour special will also be ‘Mr. McMahon Appreciation Night’, ordered by the WWE Chairman of the Board himself. We can only imagine what Mr. Mahon has planned!
A match between John Cena and Edge will kick off the show at its special start time of 8 pm EST on the USA Network.
