We open with Randy Orton coming to ringside in street clothes. Tazz mentions that RVD will be ready to compete at One Night Stand, but not tonight. Orton talks about not having many friends on Raw or ECW. Orton then goes into what happened last night with his match with RVD and we get a video package from last night’s match. Dang, that DDT was sick and RVD’s eyes, just wow. And that RKO was painful to watch again. I mean RVD’s neck look like it snapped back on contact. Orton doesn’t feel bad about RVD’s concussion, but RVD has challenged Orton to a stretcher match for One Night Stand. And now out comes Tommy Dreamer. Dreamer is sick by Orton’s actions and gloating. Dreamer then challenges Orton for a match tonight. Orton accepts and vows to kill the legend of ECW.
We head to a commercial break as CM Punk will face Burke in a No DQ match next!

We are back with Joey Styles and Tazz at ringside as we have Vince McMahon live from the WWE Studios. Vince makes fun of Joey’s name and then Tazz’s name. He then goes into introducing Bobby Lashley who is backstage. Vince is surprised that Bobby looks relaxed and it actually nice to McMahon, because he has an easy match this weekend. McMahon is also surprised that Lashley keeps coming back for more. McMahon shoots down Lashley’s claim that he is a champion. McMahon says Lashley is coming into his world, the world of the streets. Lashley laughs it off and says that this Sunday will prove why he is a champion. Vince then says he will see why he is Mr. McMahon and that it is Bobby’s last stand and if he loses, there will be no more changes. They go back and forth again, dueling each other’s arguments and McMahon asks for respect as he is old enough to be his uncle or as Lashley says, his father’s uncle. Bobby promises to hurt McMahon for all the ECW fans, though he doesn’t need to use weapons to do so, but he will anyway.
Tazz and Styles then discuss whether RVD should compete at One Night Stand and we get the video package of the RVD/Orton match from last night again. And it is still that hard to watch again with the high angle impact to the head. And Tommy Dreamer gets a chance to teach some sense to Randy Orton in the main event tonight, but now another break.
We are back with Extreme Expose coming to the ring, but not looking like they are ready to dance. I stand corrected; they are just doing it in jeans tonight to Nelly Furtado’s “Maneater”. Joy! Afterwards, they hype the draft and say it could be the end of them. Tazz hopes not, I do.
Kevin Thorn vs. Balls Mahoney
They hype Thorn as one of the weirdest for the theme of Saturday Night’s Main Event. Balls gets put over as a link to the Gieco cavemen. The bell rings and Thorn starts with clubs to the back of the head. Irish whip and Thorn ducked too early so Balls hits a kick to the face. Thorn quickly back in control as he rips and Balls’ face and throws him shoulder first into the ring post. He rips into Balls’ face again before bringing him out of the corner. Sitdown powerbomb by Thorn and Original Sin and the match is over at 1:30.
Winner: Kevin Thorn
Backstage, the Major Brothers talk about RVD’s match last night and Striker shows up to call RVD a defenseless elephant and to talk up the draft as a possible way to split the brothers up in two weeks. The Major Brothers gets smart with Striker by reminding him who they beat for their first win. Striker says he has a challenge for them next week before walking away as we go to a commercial.
Randy Orton vs. Tommy Dreamer
Randy Orton out first as they once again talk about RVD’s medical clearance. Dreamer never leaves Orton’s gaze as the bell rings and we get a lock up. Headlock by Orton and reversed into a headlock by Dreamer. Orton slips out and locks in a headlock on the mat. Dreamer to his feet, but Orton rakes the eyes of Dreamer. Dreamer rolls to the apron and both men have suplex attempts blocked. Orton hits a hangman and then dropkicks Dreamer to the floor. Dreamer back in now and Orton gets a two count before locking in a chin lock. Irish whip and Dreamer gets caught with a knee to the gut. Orton gets locked in a Tree of Woe and Dreamer connects with the low drop kick to the face. Orton gets nailed with an inverted DDT and Dreamer only gets a two count. Orton off the ropes, ducks a clothesline, and he hits an RKO out of nowhere for the three count at 4:42. After the match, Orton lifts Dreamer up and hits a second RKO. Orton lines up Dreamer and connects with a field goal kick to the head of Tommy Dreamer. Orton lines him up again and hits another field goal kick. Now RVD comes out and Orton ducks under a spinning kick and sends RVD down, who instantly goes glass eyed. Orton leaves as RVD looks lost.
Winner: Randy Orton
