As with every year, there is always controversy over which world championship match with be the actual headlining main event- and this year has surely been no different. It has been revealed that John Cena will defend his WWE Championship against Shawn Michaels in true main event.
However, in an article being carried by SI.com, Batista is referred to as saying the “he and The Undertaker will steal the show anyway”.
So if Taker was going to lose, wouldn’t you want that as the true main event? Taker first WrestleMania loss to end the show? With that being the case, you would think that Taker would win as long as he wasn’t in the true main event. But then consider Batista’s words of “stealing the show”…. maybe there is something encrypted in his declaration. Only time will tell.
Batista vs. Undertaker is scheduled to headline the Smackdown house shows after WrestleMania.
