THE TWO SHEDS REVIEW HALL OF FAME – Class of 2007
A couple of months ago I announced that close friend and British wrestling referee Joe Williams would be the first member of the TSR Hall of Fame Class of 2007. Joe was one of the unsung heroes of the British wrestling business, not only working as a referee but in a number of other capacities as well. Joe was diagnosed with cancer last year, and sadly lost his battle with this terrible disease a few months later.
I can now announce that Joe’s fellow inductees are;
Japanese wrestling superstar THE GREAT MUTA.
PAUL HEYMAN – wrestling manager and the man whose innovative booking ideas put the original ECW on the wrestling map.
“IRON FIST” CLIVE MYERS – Jamaican wrestling star who competed in Britain to great acclaim for a number of years was also a world arm-wrestling champion.
And “ROWDY” RODDY PIPER – one of the original stars of the wrestling boom period of the 1980’s, and regarded as one of the greatest wrestling superstars ever.
