STAMFORD, Conn. (AP) — World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. said Thursday it named Chief Financial Officer Michael Sileck as chief operating officer, a newly created position.
Sileck will be responsible for the company’s business operations worldwide.
Frank Serpe, chief accounting officer and senior vice president of finance, will serve as acting chief financial officer, the company said.
Shares of World Wrestling Entertainment were unchanged at $16.18 in afternoon trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
