We begin tonight’s show with a look back at Kurt Angle’s demand for a rematch against Samoa Joe and Samoa Joe’s response to Angle’s challenge by reminding him about Kurt’s statements before Turning Point. We then see Kurt Angle’s rampage throughout the Impact Zone as he tried to get the rematch. We then hear Jim Cornette’s announcement that Angle and Joe will meet in the ring, but in a tag match. Next, we move to the Abyss, Christian, and Sting drama with Christian claiming to have a secret about Abyss.
Your hosts are Jeremy Borash and Christy Hemme and Jeremy says that this might have been the biggest episode of Impact. They mention the main event of A.J. Styles and Samoa Joe versus Kurt Angle and Rhino. Jeremy brings up that it is four men who do not get along with each other. Kurt is not friends with Rhino but they are teaming up. A.J. and Joe are definitely not friends.
Match Number One: Frankie Kazarian (with Johnny Devine and Matt Bentley) versus Sting
The members of Serotonin surround Sting, but Sting kicks Devine. Then he ducks an attempted cane shot by Bentley and Sting jabs Bentley in the abdomen with the bat. He does the same to Devine and then he clotheslines Bentley over the top rope to the floor with the assistance of his bat. Devine charges at Sting, but Sting moves out of the way and Devine goes into the ring post. Kazarian tries to attack Sting from behind using the cane, but Sting gets his bat up to block the attempted cane shot. Sting punches Kazarian and kicks him. Sting with an Irish whip and Sting sets up for the Stinger Splash, but Bentley grabs Sting’s leg and that allows Kazarian to hit a running bicycle kick into the corner. Bentley gets on the apron to inform Kazarian that Sting is behind him, but Kazarian gets drop kicked in the back and he knocks Bentley off the apron. Sting punches Kazarian and then he sets up for the Scorpion Death Drop, but Devine tries to interfere but he gets a back body drop for his troubles. Sting hits the Scorpion Death Drop for the three count.
Winner: Sting
After the match, Sting grabs the NWA World Heavyweight Title belt and then he gets on the mic. Sting says that Abyss has something that he wants while he has something that Abyss wants. Sting says that he wants to give the title belt back to the rightful owner, but he wants to give it back face-to-face. All he wants is a rematch for the title. He gives Abyss until the end of the show to shake Sting’s hand and say yes. He says that there is one condition. Abyss cannot bring James Mitchell.
Match Number Two: The Naturals (with Shane Douglas) versus Team 3D in a Tables Match
The Naturals attack Team 3D before the bell rings and they work over Brother Ray and Brother Devon with punches. Stevens with an elbow to Devon and then Douglas sends Brother Ray out of the ring. Devon holds on to the ropes on an Irish whip and that allows Brother Ray to hit a double clothesline from behind on Stevens and Douglas. Brother Ray Irish whips Douglas and Stevens into the corner and then he sends Brother Devon for a splash into the corner followed by Brother Ray. Stevens gets a belly-to-back suplex and neck breaker combination from Team 3D while Douglas gets slammed and Devon goes up for the Wassup head butt. Brother Ray has the crowd tell Devon to get the tables. Stevens gets a 3D after the table is set up. They set up Douglas for a power bomb through the table and they hit it.
Winners: Team 3D
After the match, Shane gets on the mic and he says that he told them a number of times. The experiment is over.
Jeremy Borash is outside Samoa Joe’s locker room. Tomko stops by and he wants to know where the production truck is. He says that he has something for the world to see. While Sting and Abyss are having their love-fest, everyone is going to want to see what is on the DVD first.
We are back with the latest Paparazzi Championship Series segment. This week it is a Pogo Stick Contest. Nash says that he has renowned fitness expert Ed Davorski to demonstrate. Nash says that Senshi is up first, but he refuses. Austin Starr is next and while he is on the pogo stick, he asks for a drink since he is a bit parched. Jay Lethal is next and Nash tells Lethal that there are no mulligans when Lethal asks to go again. Nash brings up Blackjack Mulligan. Alex Shelley is next. Sonjay Dutt is the last one to go and they check out his shoes to make sure if they are legal. Sonjay Dutt is declared the winner. The current standings are 1) Austin Starr 10 points; 2) Sonjay Dutt, Senshi, and Jay Lethal 9 points; 5) Alex Shelley 8 points.
Santa is in the ring and he has some gifts for the fans. This year’s Santa is Brother Runt. The Latin American Exchange come to the ring and Konnan has a Christmas tree in his hands. Konnan gets on the mic and he tells Jim Cornette that his plan backfired. He thought that by putting Konnan into a cage that the LAX would lose, but it did not happen. The bottom line is that LAX is the best team in wrestling. Bring all the gringos you want because they will knock them down. Konnan talks about how the Christmas tree that he has represents the Christmases that they would celebrate. They were poor so it was a small occasion. While the gringos were on vacation, their parents were working. While the gringos got lavish gifts, there were millions of Latinos starving. Konnan says that he has beef with Santa because he is still waiting for his Miami Dolphins shirt from back in the day. Homicide never got his roller skates. Hernandez likes to beat up white guys on holidays.
Santa gets in the ring and he tells Konnan that it is the holiday season and he should be full of holiday cheer. He says that Konnan is being naughty. Santa wants to know if Konnan wants a Christmas present. He says that he would like for Konnan to shut his mouth. Santa punches Konnan and Hernandez, but Homicide takes him down. Homicide, Hernandez, and Konnan attack Runt and then Hernandez hits the border toss. Eric Young, Petey Williams, Sonjay Dutt, Ron Killings, Jay Lethal, and Lance Hoyt come to the ring and the Latin American Exchange leave the ring.
It is time to hear from the Voodoo Kin Mafia. Kip and BG are in a vehicle and Kip says that BG is going to love where he is taking him. They are going to a live Raw show in Knoxville. Kip says that they need to talk to the fans. They arrive at the arena and BG says that they were at their headquarters. The only thing missing is the dress code and Wellness Program. Fans outside the building chant VKM. We see a preview of next week’s segment when they call out Paul Levesque.
We are back with Jeremy and Christy and Jeremy talks about the TNA website and the holiday photos of the Knockouts. Jeremy brings in Kevin Nash to discuss the Paparazzi Championship Series. Kevin has a pogo stick with him. He says that they have been getting amazing media coverage of the PCS, including on the view where Rosie was talking about it. There are five events and the winner will be crowned at Final Resolution. Jeremy points out that Kevin is appreciative of high flying wrestling. Kevin says that since he invented the style, these guys have been following his footsteps. Jeremy wants to know if Kevin is honoring it. Kevin compares himself to Shelby when he sees a Mustang on the road. Kevin talks about how proud he is when he sees a 980 Black Heron Dive, which he invented in 1961. Christy says that the pogo stick looks like fun and she wants to try it out.
Match Number Three: Chris Sabin versus Eric Young (with leg lamp) in the Xplosion Xclusive Match of the Week
Young points to Sabin and the crowd cheers and then he points to himself and the crowd cheers before they lock up. Sabin offers his hand to Sabin and Eric does not know what to do. Eric hugs Sabin instead and Sabin slaps Eric and then he kicks him. Young floats over on an Irish whip and then he hits a drop kick. Young slides outside to the apron and he trips Sabin. Young slides back in under Sabin. Young with a drop toe hold into a front face lock. Sabin gets out of the hold and he stomps on Young’s foot. Sabin puts Young on the top rope and then he shakes the ropes while Eric is on the ropes. Sabin goes outside the ring and we go to commercial.
We are back and Sabin rolls Young back into the ring and then he stands over Young while kicking Young in the head. Sabin with a chop and then he asks Young to chop him. Young refuses so Sabin chops him again. Young with an eye poke and then he chops Sabin. Sabin with a hip toss and fist drop followed by a running kick to the back of Young’s head for a two count. Sabin with a kick to Young’s back followed by a head butt. Young punches Sabin but he comes off the ropes into a back elbow from Sabin and Sabin gets a two count. Sabin punches Young in the corner but Young punches back. They exchange punches with Young getting the advantage and then he puts Sabin in the corner and he punches Sabin repeatedly. Young with a belly-to-back suplex followed by a back body drop for a two count. Sabin tries to get out of the ring, but Young pulls him back in. Sabin with a back kick and enzuigiri. Sabin tries for a springboard DDT, but Young catches him and hits a Northern Lights suplex for a two count. Sabin tries to use the ropes for leverage on a cover but Young kicks out at two. Young goes outside the ring and he grabs the lamp and puts it on the apron. Sabin punches Young and the referee pulls Sabin off. The referee is pushed out of the way and Sabin with a low kick to Young. Sabin talks to the referee before returning to Young. Young pushes Sabin into the referee and while the referee was out of commission, Young hits Sabin low with the lamp to get the three count. We go to commercial.

We are back with a video package for America’s Most Wanted. They were six time NWA World Tag Team champions. They had a number of battles in the six sides of steel. Despite their success, there were egos involved. America’s Most Wanted is a team no more.
Mike Tenay interviews James Storm and Mike says that he was shocked at what James did to Chris Harris. Storm says that they were six time Tag Team Champions and tag team of the year numerous times. They were on top of the world. There were two guys in that team. Chris Harris always thought for himself. Storm says that he fought for everything while Harris was given everything to him and was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He calls Harris a primadonna. Mike asks Storm if he feels any remorse for what he did or if he is sorry. Storm says that he does not feel sorry at all. It is not over. Mike wonders what Storm is saying because the tag team is history. Storm says that it is not over until he looks Chris Harris in the eye and he tells Chris what he thinks of him.
Abyss comes to the ring and Sting comes to the ring with the NWA World Title belt. Sting says that it is obvious that he has something that is Abyss’s, the NWA World Title belt. However, Abyss has something that belongs to Sting. He says that Abyss has potential to be a great World Champion, but he needs to make some choices and go down the right paths. He says that Abyss needs to stop worrying about the past and thinking about the past and his secrets. He tells Abyss that he cannot change his past. The good thing is that they can change his future. He will give Abyss his title belt back if Abyss gives Sting a handshake. Abyss prepares to shake Sting’s hand, but they are interrupted by Christian on the video screen.
Christian said that he knew it would come to this. Abyss and the Stinger together and it is a real Hallmark Moment. He asks Abyss if he remembers this place. He asks if it reminds him of home. He is here to gather some facts before he tells the world exactly what it was that Abyss did. It is something so wrong that the word to describe it is ‘unforgivable’. Christian suggests that you could call him a ‘private dick’. He tells Abyss that the past will never let him forget. He says that Abyss has something that belongs to him. He tells Abyss that his decision may affect the rest of his pathetic existence. Christian points to a room and he asks Abyss if he remembers. Sting calls Christian a major league punk and he tells Abyss that he does not have to listen to him. Sting tells Abyss that he can determine his destiny by shaking Sting’s hand. He tells Sting to go down a different road. Abyss is confused and he grabs Sting by the throat. Sting punches Abyss. Security comes into the ring to separate them. Tomko comes to the ring and he wants to know what Abyss is going to do. It turns out that one of the members of the TNA security was Christian in disguise and he pulls out a night stick and he hits Sting with it while security holds Sting. Christian then hits some of the members of TNA security with the night stick. Christian hits Abyss from behind with the night stick. Jim Mitchell comes out and he tells Abyss to go to the back.
Back in the ring, Tomko holds Sting while Christian hits Sting and chokes him with the night stick. Abyss goes to the ring to make the save for Sting. Abyss has Sting’s bat and Tomko and Christian leave the ring. Jim Mitchell yells at Abyss and then Abyss gives Sting the bat. We go to commercial.
We are back with Jeremy, Christy, and Kevin. Jeremy asks Kevin about the PCS and how the finals will be at Final Resolution. Kevin says that it is not just wrestling ability. It is stamina, strength, and coordination drills. Kevin says that he does not want to give everything away about the rest of the contests in the PCS. Christy gets on the pogo stick and she likes it so much she wants to take it home with her.
Match Number Four: A.J. Styles and Samoa Joe versus Kurt Angle and Rhino
Angle goes out after Samoa Joe and they fight on the floor. A.J. and Rhino also battle on the floor. Angle is sent into the announce table. Rhino puts A.J. on the guardrail and then he punches A.J., sending him into the crowd. Angle with an Irish whip that sends Joe into the guardrail. Angle with a European uppercut to Joe, but Joe with a punch and headbutt to Angle. Styles and Rhino fight in the Pit. Rhino with a spinebuster to Styles and both men are down. Angle tags in and Joe comes in but Angle with a German suplex to Joe and one to Styles as well. Angle sends Joe over the top rope to the floor. Angle puts Styles in the ankle lock, but Joe makes the save with a kick to the back of the head. Rhino with a running shoulder tackle into the corner. Rhino with a clothesline to Styles. Rhino with a belly-to-belly suplex to Joe and he sets for the GORE, but Joe with a kick and Joe puts Rhino in the choke. Angle with an Angle slam to Joe and they fight outside. Styles with a rollup on Rhino for the three count.
Winners: A.J. Styles and Samoa Joe
After the match, Rhino and Styles fight outside the ring while Joe and Angle continue to battle. Angle and Joe return to the ring and Joe is limping. The straps are down and Angle tries for the Angle slam but Joe counters it. Joe tries for a jumping kick, but Angle blocks it and Angle puts Joe in the ankle lock with a leg lace. Joe screams in pain as we go to credits.
