PCS: Alex Shelley vs. Sonjay Dutt vs. Austin Starr v. Senshi v. Jay Lethal. .
Kevin Nash comes to ringside and joins the announce booth. This is an elimination match. Match starts with Shelley and Lethal squaring off.
Tenay said this will be a series of matches every week with a scoring system for every phase of the championship series. Tonight’s winner gets five points, down to the first person eliminated will receive a single point. This smells of Vince Russo. Shelley and Starr worked together early in the match double teaming Dutt. Wrestlers tag in and out. Starr and Shelley start having problems during the match. This is a slower paced x-division match, and the fans don’t appear to be into it all that much. DUTT ELIMINATED SHELLEY WITH A CAMEL CLUTCH. (Starr wouldn’t allow Shelley to get to the ropes) .. SENSHI PINNED LETHAL FOR THE NEXT ELIMINATION. So, one point for Shelley, two points for Lethal. Senshi gave Dutt a series of stiff kicks to the chest. STARR ELIMINATED DUTT WITH A 450. So three points for Dutt. Its down to Senshi and Starr. Shelley returned and distracted Starr, which allowed Senshi to pin Starr to WIN THE MATCH at 14:37. Five points for Senshi. Young wore a t-shirt with a women’s body on it. Roode wanted Young DQ-ed. Young said he wasn’t done. Young took off the shirt, and shows Sponge Bob Square pants boxers. Referee declares Miss Brooks the winner as he didn’t wear a bikini. Young asks for one more chance, and pulls down his boxers and shows off his “bikini.” Fans voted for Young, so he won but was jumped by Roode.
Winner: Eric Young
* Backstage, Letitia knocked on VKM’s door. It said Dumb to the Extreme on the door. A fat guy, who looked like WWE’s Big Dick Johnson, came in looking for catering. Geesh.
X-division title match: Christopher Daniels vs. Chris Sabin.
Sabin hip tossed the champion onto the entrance ramp, then drops a fist into his opponent’s forehead. As Sabin worked on Daniels, fans chanted “Fallen Angel.” Daniels dropped an elbow from the top rope onto Sabin (he was past the mat) on the arena floor. Ouch! Daniels wins with the BME at 12:27 to retain the X-division title. After the match, Lynn grabbed a mic and said tonight Daniels was the better man and asked him to shake the champ’s hand. Daniels argued with Lynn, leading to Lynn slapping Daniels. Referees came in to break it up, including Earl Hebner. Wonder when he is meeting with Vince? Lynn walked away saying “you will respect me.”
Winner: Christopher Daniels (Still X-division Champion)
Tenay introduced Jim Cornette. , who made his way to the ring. Cornette introduced A.J. Pierzynski (who has an X-division replica belt in hand) and Dale Torborg who were sitting ringside. Cornette then introduces David Eckstein (with his brother) who brings out David’s World Series MVP trophey. Eckstein plugged his book. Torborg grabbed the book and tore pages out of it. As the two returned to the ring, fans chanted “this is awesome.” Fans also chanted “lets go Rhino, lets go AJ.” Rhino tossed AJ over to the top rope, with AJ crashing hard on his knee. Referee checked out AJ, which brought out the trainers. AJ tries to stand up, but falls down. As the referee goes over to ring announcer David Penzer, AJ gets back up and rolls up Rhino at 7:30 for the victory.
Winner: AJ Styles

Hernandez grabbed the Mexican flag via the ladder, but Storm climbed the opposite side of the ladder. Storm sunset clips Hernandez off the ladder! Harris grabbed the U.S. flag, but is roughed up by Homicide. From the corner, Kim drop kicked Homicide. Kim climbed the ladder with the American flag, but is stopped by Konnan. Petey Williams comes out, and stops Konnan. He goes for the destroyer, but is clotheslined by Hernandez. Homicide climbs the ladder with the Mexican flag, Harris climbs the other side with the U.S. Flag. They hang both flags, but Storms hits his own partner with the beer bottle by accident. Hernandez climbs the ladder and throws down the U.S. flag and places the Mexican flag over the ring for the victory at 10:29. Kim attends to Harris, as Storm seemed to not know his partner has glass in his eyes. On the mic, Konnan told the announcers to stand up as the Mexican national anthem was played. As the anthem played, Homicide had a towel on the back of his head and it appeared he was bleeding from that area of his body.
Winners: LAX
They plugged the 1/14 Final Resolution PPV.
* Backstage, Storm went nuts being interviewed by JB. Storm said Harris quit, and he has until Thursday to apologize to him and all the American people as it was a disgrace for the Mexican national anthem to be played.
– VKM came out as DX rip offs. BG is Triple H (with the sledgehammer and water bottle) and Gunn is HBK. Fans chanted DX sucks. Out comes a group that played up like they were the spirit squad. They brought out the fat oily guy wearing a . PLEASE NO! I thought I could at least avoid Big Dick Johnson on a TNA PPV. These skits are just a waste of time. Tomko tossed Sting into the guard rail, without the referee seeing it. This is not an elimination match, first one that scored a pinfall or submission is the NWA champion. They do the tower of doom! Tenay reminds us that Cage has yet to be pinned or has submitted in TNA. Sting splashed Cage and Abyss in the corner, and goes for the scorpion death drop but Cage counters with a rake to the eyes. Sting blocked an unprettier attempt, into a scorpion. Mitchell distracted the referee. Death drop, but Tomko pulled out the referee at two. Tomko worked on Sting in the corner. Abyss clothesline Tomko out of the ring. Abyss tosses Cage out of the ring, leaving himself alone with Sting. Mitchell grabbed the thumb tacks sack. With the referee still down, Abyss thought twice about the tacks, but spread them on the mat anyway. Tomko blocked Abyss’s attempted to chokeslam Cage onto the tacks. Tomko smashes Abyss’s face into the thumbs tacks. Sting tried to talk to Abyss. Cage hits Sting with a chair as he attempts the Scorpion. Black hole slam on Sting, and Abyss wins at 11:53.

Angle goes for a pin, but Joe kicked out! Ref bumb. Angle taps to the rear choke, but referee doesn’t see it. Angle low blows Joe with the referee still down. Angle grabs a chair, and brings it into the ring. Angle misses Joe, and the chair hits the ropes back into Angle’s face. Rear choke again, and Joe wins at 19:14.
