Southern legend Sputnik Monroe passed away yesterday at the age of 77 years old.
The Honky Tonk Man’s web manager and booker has sent PWInsider.com a note saying that he hasn’t signed any sort of deal with World Wrestling Entertainment. He however, did sign a contract with Jakks Pacific to have an action figure created after him.
The Sci-Fi channel will be airing a “Best of ECW” special on December 26th in the regular timeslot of ECW. The reason for this being is that WWE will be on a holiday break from the 20th through the 25th.
