Having been sidelined and out of action since late May with a torn adductor muscle in his left leg, Mason Raige will be returning to the ring very soon, possibly even next week. More importantly for Mason, he is looking to make his presence felt throughout the entire Ohio Valley. According to Raige, “Being forced to sit out has done nothing but make me hungrier for success. Being unable to compete and perform has been the toughest setback I’ve faced in my short career thus far, but injuries are part of wrestling. The real test is how a wrestler responds, and I plan to return bigger, stronger, meaner, and more focused than ever.†Raige has been undergoing physical therapy for the tear, and progress has been slow and steady. “It’s a horrible injury, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. However, it’s just about behind me now, and I’m looking ahead. OVW hasn’t had the true opportunity to see what I can do, and I’m excited about what’s to come.â€
In other news, Mason Raige has been in contact with NYWC officials, and the possibility of a return is in the works. Raige has also been in contact with wrestling companies in Indiana and Tennessee, so the Raige may be spreading. More on this later.
A new t-shirt will also be available very soon. Check back for merchandise updates.
