Here are some notes of interest for this weekend, and next weeks programming:
NEW TWC SCHEDULE: TWC is re-scheduling for July 1st. Changes include the re-programming of the 1800-2100 hours each day, where World Wide Quiz will now be replaced with Wrestling content.
This major programme change will also see a change in the afternoon scheduling with some Films following World of Sport wrestling on a number of days each week, and an extension of World of Sport on other days. In addition we are looking to develop a martial arts film slot at 2100 each Thursday. These changes are a reflection of a shift towards a broader schedule for TWC, and the Channel is actively acquiring more content, Wrestling and fight sports related wherever possible. Feel free to offer comments and suggestions, tell your friends and keep watching!
We have increased our output of World of Sport from 2-hrs, to 3-hrs every Saturday afternoon (2pm – 5pm), with repeats throughout the week.
We are also now repeating a wider variety of classic episodes from our archive in our repeat slots.
Cage Warriors FC has changed to a 1-hr weekly TV show, which airs every Friday @ 11pm.
TWC are pleased to announce that we have signed a deal with British Wrestling promotion LDN. “LDN – Capital TV” will commence on TWC over the coming months (end of August, TBC). We are very excited to be working with the LDN crew, and we expect exciting and big things from the top promotion in the UK today!
The 12 Episode deal for Nu-Wrestling Evolution has expired, and will not be renewed.
The TNA – Victory Road Mega-Event will air on The Wrestling Channel on Sunday 23rd July @ 8pm.
