For the past 36 years, Bill Apter has maintained a high profile in the pro wrestling business. What most fans do not realize is that Apter has also been performing as a comedian and singer even before he started in wrestling.
“I’ve entertained since I was 10 years old,” Apter said. “Entertainment has always been a passion of mine.”
Mainly working as a single performer, several years ago Apter and old friend Paul “Concrete Cowboy” Swanger paired to create an act called “Just The Two Of Us And Nobody Else Makes Three!”
“I have been singing and doing comedy most of my life,” noted Swanger. “Bill and I have a great rapport and it really shows when we’re on stage.”
Swanger, who now uses the stage name “Paul Big Bear” adds, “We’ve worked in several states, including where we both live, near Philadelphia, but on Thursday June 29, we will make our very first nightclub appearance in Pennsylvania!”
The duo will perform their 75-minute act at Pippos Restaurant-Nightclub at 765 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, Pennsylvania on Thursday June 29, commencing at 8PM. Tickets are $10 and can be reserved by calling (215)953-7775.
It’s a night of old-fashioned nightclub entertainment in the style of the old Copa and Latin Casino and while there you can order a great dinner prepared by the award winning chefs at Pippos!
