Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been located in Boston as of late, preparing himself for an upcoming role of an NFL All-Pro quarterback in a movie called “Game Plan,” originally scheduled to start filming on Monday. Unfortunately for The Rock, he suffered a torn achilles tendon during a football practice yesterday, and will have to undergo surgery on Friday in Miami.
Due to that development, the shooting of the movie has been postponed, and the project put on hiatus. No new date will be set until the results of the surgery are known, and doctors have had their say on how long the recovery time will be.
