John “Earthquake” Tenta passes away

John “Earthquake” Tenta passed away this morning at the age of 42 after a lengthy battle with bladder cancer. Tenta is survived by his wife and three kids.
Some of you may remember a mildly successful campaign that TBL ran almost a decade ago called “Bring Back the Natural Disasters!” The sheer amount of responses that we got to that campaign are a testament to the type of performer that John Tenta was in the ring. He was the epitome of the “big man” in early-to-mid 1990’s WWE.
