CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Professional wrestling legend Ric Flair, who was facing a couple of misdemeanor charges for an alleged road rage incident, had his case dismissed Monday because witnesses did not show up in court.
Flair, 57, was charged with injury to personal property as well as simple assault and battery.
A driver claimed that Flair got out of his vehicle in November, grabbed him by the neck and kicked his sport utility vehicle on Interstate 485.
Flair denied the allegations, saying the truth would come out in the end.
