WFA held a press conference earlier today to announce a number of big matches and fighters confirmed for their return card being dubbed “WFA: King of the Streets”, which takes place on 7/22 live on pay-per view.
The line-up, which will be headlined by the Quinton “Rampage” Jackson vs. Matt Lindland bout we talked about last week, has a very strong undercard.
Former UFC Heavyweight champion Ricco Rodriguez returns to action, rematching the very tough UFC and PRIDE veteran Ron “H20” Waterman.
Antonio Inoki prodigy “LYOTO” Ryoto Machida, the only man to defeat Rich Franklin (also has wins over B.J. Penn and Stephan Bonnar) will lock horns with the always tough Vernon “Tiger” White out of Ken Shamrock’s famed Lion’s Den.
Also on the card will be former UFC veteran and top Middleweight fighter Ivan Salaverry, as he squares off against Art Santore.
Other fighters confirmed for the card but yet to have announced opponents include Jason “MayheM” Miller, Kimo, and “Razor” Rob McCullough.
