“Just caught some of Velocity and they announced that Kid Kash will be defending his Cruiserweight Title in a “Cruiserweight Invitational”. Seemed to imply that it is just a one-on-one match vs a mystery opponent.”
Though there are a ton of cruiserweights for Kash to face, it seems most likely he will face Funaki to play off the angle of Kash beating up Funaki a few weeks ago. The match was most likely added to give the undercard a little more appeal, but will probably only be given about five minutes of in-ring time or it might just be moved to Velocity.
