Before being fired, Juventud was talked with by management about all his problems. He got in more trouble because of the match with Kid Kash at Armageddon, which while good, did not fire up the crowd. WWE placed the blame fully on Juventud. He got blamed for potatoing Kid Kash and for visibly showing he was mad when he was asked to drop the title when he got to the building. He was also told that McMahon thought he had no psychology like Super Crazy and Psicosis and didn’t understand how to put a good match together.
William Regal has supposedly told OVW star Ken Doane to quit WWE because if they bring him up at 19, people will be sick of him by the time he is 25. He has also advised Bryan Danielson and Harry Smith to go all around the world and learn different styles before coming to WWE because if they do, they will have more to offer and be better off.
Benjamin recently stated the following on his place in his career right now: “I don’t think I’m going to do to much more improving wrestling-wise. I can do anything and everything at the tip of a hat, but fans still don’t know how to relate to me. They never really hear me talking. They know I’m a great athlete and they know I’m a great wrestler, but they really don’t know what type of personality I really have. That’s a big hindrance in my career until I get that aspect across to them so people can relate to me and buy into what I am.”
