We don’t know much as of this writing, but Booker T got injured at the SmackDown! house show earlier tonight in White Plains, NY. The injury was to his right leg and took place while he was wrestling Matt Hardy.
As soon as the spot ocurred, the two wrestlers rushed to the finish and a slew of officials surrounded the ring to help Booker out. According to several reports, he had a hard time getting to the back.
We’ll have more on this as it develops. Booker was scheduled to face Chris Benoit tomorrow night at the SmackDown! tapings from CT in Math 5 of their Best-of-Seven series.
