K-1 will counterprogram PRIDE for the third year in a row on one of the highest rated television nights of the year in Japan–December 31.
They announced the following card for that show on Thursday:

*Jerome LeBanner vs. Alan Karaev (MMA)
*Masato vs. Akira Ohigashi (kickboxing)
*Peter Aerts vs. Shungo Oyama (MMA)
*Yoshihiro Nakao vs. Heath Herring (MMA)
A match between the Predator and K-1’s newest huge star, Choi Hong-man, remains on the table but has not yet been announced by the Sports Entertainment Group, which owns K-1.
