There will be a legal hearing on January 26, as Tod Gordon will try to get the rights to some ECW tapes from WWE. Gordon is shooting for tapes from when the company was “Eastern Championship Wrestling,” which means anything before September 1994. The idea here is that he’s hoping to resell them back to WWE if he’s victorious in the hearing, or run independent tapes from them.
