The entire WWE roster stands on the ramp under the TitanTron and Vince McMahon informs the crowd that Eddie Guerrero passed away at age 38 in the prime of his career and the prime of his life. Tonight, they will celebrate the life of Eddie Guerrero. Eddie Guerrero loved the business and he had a passion like no one else. He loved to perform whether he was booed or cheered. His goal was to steal the show every night. There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that Eddie would not want the show to go on. Tonight, they will pay tribute to Eddie Guerrero. Vince asks the crowd to stand for a ten bell salute.
We go to a video package of Eddie Guerrero including footage of Eddie throughout his life with his family and other wrestlers. We see footage from Eddie’s last match in ECW as well as Eddie and Chris Benoit celebrating in the ring after Wrestlemania 20. The package ends with ‘In Memory Eddie Guerrero 1967-2005’. The crowd chants ‘Eddie’ and Vince says ‘Viva la raza’. The crowd then chants ‘Thank you Eddie’.
John Cena says that you will hear things from people you like and people that you don’t like. However, you will hear from everyone that Eddie Guerrero was a great man. Eddie was one of the most passionate men. Eddie helped John in the ring and as a father figure when he started and did not know anything. Eddie taught John about heart and how to find it and embrace it, good or bad. John gives his condolences to Eddie, his family, and the wrestlers who were close to him like Chavo, Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, and Rey Mysterio. We go to commercial.
On Unlimited, Kurt Angle talks about how Eddie loves everyone and he will be missed. We go to footage from Eddie’s match against Rob Van Dam at Vengeance to win the Intercontinental title.
We see footage of Eddie Guerrero and Big Show when he sprays sewage on Big Show after Chavo tripped Show.

It is time for our first match, Big Show and Kane versus MNM (with red carpet and photographers)
Show and Nitro start things off and Nitro goes after Show’s leg, but Show pushes him off. Show with a chop in the corner followed by another chop in the corner. Kane tags in and he Irish whips Nitro and hits a running clothesline in the corner. Kane knocks Mercury off the apron. Kane with a side slam to Nitro and then he goes up top, but Mercury pulls Kane off the top turnbuckle when Melina distracts the ref. Show chops Mercury in the ring while Nitro hits Kane with the tag belt. Nitro rolls Kane back in and gets a two count. Nitro with a neck breaker followed by a kip up and he tags in Mercury. Mercury up to the second turnbuckle for an elbow drop. Nitro tags in and then hit a double running kick on Kane and Nitro punches Kane and puts him in a front face lock. Kane tries to power his way into the corner, but Mercury and Nitro knocks Show off the apron. Mercury and Nitro try to hit a double suplex on Kane, but Kane suplexes both men. Show tags in and he Irish whips Nitro into Mercury. Show with a running splash in the corner followed by a double clothesline. Melina gets on the apron and Show kisses Melina. Mercury tries to hit Show with the belt, but the ref stops him. Kane with a clothesline from the top turnbuckle. Show and Kane with a double choke slam on Mercury and Show covers for the three count.

Lillian Garcia says that she was lucky enough to know Eddie from the beginning and had a bond and spoke Spanish together. His fondest memory was when they went to Iraq and they were in the same group going around Iraq together. She talks about the troops who were so excited to see Eddie, but Eddie was so humble and wondered why they were acting that way about him. He was thanking them for what they were doing. Lillian says something in Spanish and we go to commercial.
On Unlimited, Eric talks about the last time that he saw Eddie and that they were at the Phoenix airport. They were talking about each other’s families. Eric says that he will miss Eddie greatly and his thoughts and prayers are with Eddie’s family.
William Regal says that he hopes everyone realizes that if you ever spent any time with Eddie, you have been blessed. He was a tremendous human being.

It is time for our next match: Kurt Angle versus Shelton Benjamin
Angle with a wrist lock on Benjamin followed by an arm bar. Benjamin with a slingshot off the top rope to escape followed by an arm drag. Angle with a forearm and a punch to Benjamin. Benjamin punches back. Angle with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Angle continues the attack by slamming Benjamin’s head into the turnbuckle followed by a European uppercut and kicks. Angle with a suplex and then he gets a two count. Angle with a waist lock on Benjamin and Benjamin with elbows to escape. Angle with a knee when Benjamin comes off the ropes for a two count. Angle with a back breaker for a two count. Angle with a knee on his back and then has Benjamin in a rear chin lock. Angle with a reverse chin lock. Benjamin with an elbow to escape, but Angle with an elbow of his own. Angle tries for a suplex, but Benjamin lands on his feet and tries for a neck breaker. However, Angle tries to get to the ropes and Benjamin with a DDT. Angle punches Benjamin, but Benjamin responds with a punch of his own. Benjamin gets the advantage followed by a flying forearm and clothesline. Benjamin with an Irish whip, but he runs into an Angle boot. Angle charges at Benjamin, but Benjamin with a Samoan drop. Benjamin tries for the Exploder, but Angle counters and tries for the ankle lock. Benjamin escapes and tries to kick Angle, but Angle grabs Benjamin’s leg. Benjamin with a dragon whip and then he goes up top. Angle tries to hit a belly to belly as he climbs the turnbuckle, but Benjamin punches Angle and then hits a flying clothesline. Benjamin tries for a running splash in the corner, but Angle moves. Angle with two German suplexes, but Benjamin with a rollup on the third for a two count. Angle with an Angle slam for a two count. The straps come down and Angle goes up top for a moonsault, but Benjamin stops him and Benjamin goes up for a German suplex from the turnbuckle with Angle landing on his chest, but Benjamin can only get a two count. Angle trips Benjamin and puts Benjamin in the ankle lock with the leg grapevined and Benjamin taps.

Shawn Michaels says that his memories of Eddie Guerrero have nothing to with wrestling because they never met in the ring. They talked about religion. Shawn says that they will someday get to wrestle in the biggest stage of them all, in front of one person. He thanks Eddie for being there to share a common faith. He did one thing that nobody ever did in the business. He brought everyone together in prayer. We go to commercial.
On Unlimited, Bradshaw says that Eddie has been his enemy in the ring, but they have always been friends. His first main event was in the Staples Center against Eddie Guerrero. It was due to Eddie. There were many who thought that Bradshaw could not be a main event wrestler. Eddie went to bat for him. Eddie was a groomsman at his wedding. Eddie was there for Bradshaw during his divorce and tried to help him out. He would give Bradshaw passages from the Bible or other books to get him through it. Bradshaw says that he was a better person because of Eddie. Eddie just moved to Phoenix. Bradshaw thanks Vickie for letting Eddie being a part of his life. Bradshaw says that he would love to be able to see Eddie come out one more time in the low rider.
We see footage of the ‘Los Guerreros’ vignettes and Chavo talks about how they were all supposed to be a joke. Eddie talks about how the crowd got behind it because they were honest about ‘lying, cheating, and stealing’. We hear comments from his family about how much they enjoyed seeing Eddie do that. We even see footage of Eddie’s dog cheating things.
Chavo talks about how Eddie was his uncle, but they were ‘brothers’ since they were three years apart. Being a Guerrero was different. They had a lot of big shoes to fill. They didn’t get into wrestling because it was cool on television. It was their life. They had their first match when he was four and Eddie was six or seven. During an intermission at his uncle’s show in Juarez, they would wrestle in the ring. The fans would watch Eddie and Chavo in the ring until they had to stop because people would not buy anything during intermission. It was their dream to be tag team champions, and that dream came true when Vince put them together as a tag team. That was a tag team that will never be replaced. They knew what each other was thinking all the time. They did not have to work on being a tag team. Eddie will always be his brother and he loves him with all of his heart. Eddie is a great inspiration to him in all aspects of his life. Eddie has always been there to help him. Eddie will be missed tremendously. We go to commercial.
On Unlimited, Matt Hardy talks about how Eddie’s life has come together after dealing with all of the fights he had in his life. Eddie was really happy and it is unfortunate that Eddie is gone. He was one of a kind as a person and a performer. Matt says that he misses Eddie and he will pray for Eddie’s family.
Trish Stratus says that Eddie was alive when he was in the ring. It makes you think about what is important. You have to go out and do what you love to do. It puts things in perspective, and she thanks Eddie for everything he did for her.
We see footage of Eddie Guerrero on Smackdown after he won the WWE championship and when he thanked the fans for being behind him.
It is time for our next match, Shawn Michaels versus Rey Mysterio
Shawn and Rey shake hands before the match. Michaels with an arm bar and then he works on the shoulder. Rey rolls through and reverses the arm bar. Rey with a hammer lock but Michaels reverses. Rey with a side head lock take down. Shawn with a shoulder tackle. Rey with a hip toss and Michaels with a side head lock take down and Rey with a head scissors to a stand off. Michaels with a side head lock into a hammer lock. Rey takes Shawn down, but Michaels with a small package. Michaels with a side head lock take down and then he blocks a couple of head scissors attempts. Michaels with a shoulder tackle. Rey tries for a drop kick, but Michaels holds on to the ropes and then Michaels catapults Rey over the top rope. Rey lands on the apron and then hits a springboard seated senton. Michaels sends Rey to the mat chest first followed by chops to Mysterio. Rey with a kick to Michaels and that sends Shawn into the ropes. Rey sets for the 619, but Michaels moves. Rey with a pescado onto Michaels and both men are down outside the ring as we go to commercial.
On Unlimited, Rey gets up first as the ref counts. Rey rolls Michaels into the ring and he covers Michaels for a two count. Michaels with a kick to Rey and then he chops Rey in the corner. Rey with an Irish whip, but Michaels moves when Rey charges and tries for a splash. Michaels with a swinging neck breaker for a two count.
We return to USA and Michaels with a sleeper on Mysterio. Rey with an elbow and then he tries for a belly-to-back suplex, but Michaels counters with a cross body for a two count. Michaels with a chop followed by a back breaker and knees to Rey’s back. Rey rolls to the apron and then to the floor. Michaels pulls Rey back into the ring and punches Rey in the back and then has Rey in a rear chin lock. Rey with an elbow to Michaels, but Shawn with an elbow as Rey comes off the ropes. Rey with a tilt-a-whirl head scissors followed by kick and a springboard cross body and kicks to Michaels’s legs. Rey with the Latino shake and then he clotheslines Michaels. Rey with a drop kick to Michael’s leg followed by another drop kick for a two count. Michaels with a flying forearm to Rey and then Michaels with a kip up. Rey with a wheelbarrow into a bulldog that sends Michaels into the ropes. Michaels avoids the 619 again and Michaels with a two count. Michaels with a clothesline that flips Mysterio. Michaels goes up top and hits the elbow drop on Rey. Michaels sets up for Sweet Chin Music, but Rey ducks out of the way and Rey sends Michaels into the ropes. Rey with the 619 and the springboard leg drop for the three count.

After the match, Rey picks up Shawn and they shake hands and hug
Batista talks about how he got a phone call telling him that Eddie was dead and it didn’t seem real. They have become really close and Eddie has helped him. Eddie has given him inspiration to help him out with the tough times that he had been dealing with. He says that Eddie was so funny and so easy to work with. It amazed him because Eddie always seemed to be in pain, but when Eddie walked through the curtain it was gone. Batista says that he misses Eddie. We go to commercial.
On Unlimited, Christy Hemme says that she has had some touching conversations with Eddie that have meant a lot to her. His love of his WWE ‘family’ as well as his family at home was evident.
Booker T says that their hearts go out to his family. He knows that he will Eddie again. Sharmell says that she will miss Eddie’s smile the most.
We see footage from Eddie Guerrero versus Chris Jericho at Fall Brawl when Eddie won the Cruiserweight Championship.

It is time for our next match, a Divas Battle Royal featuring Ashley, Maria, Christy Hemme, Victoria, Melina, Jillian Hall, Mickie James, Candice Michelle, and Trish Stratus
All of the women wear Eddie Guerrero shirts to the ring and throw them into the crowd. Trish charges at Victoria who connects with an elbow. Trish with a handstand, but Victoria pulls her up. Trish is able to hit a rana on Victoria. Trish and Ashley with elbows to Victoria. Christy Hemme with a rana to Melina. Mickie with a head scissors on Jillian, but Jillian sends Mickie over the top to the floor to eliminate her. Maria eliminates Jillian. Candice with a choke of Ashley in the corner. Victoria and Candice slingshot Ashley over the top rope to eliminate her. Trish chops Melina, but Melina kicks Trish. Melina and Victoria try for a double clothesline on Trish, but Trish does the Matrix. Christy clotheslines Victoria and Trish sends Melina to the apron. Melina pulls Trish onto the apron. Victoria sends Christy to the apron and Candice knocks Christy off the apron to the floor. Trish kicks Candice followed by a whirlybird head scissors that eliminates Candice. Victoria with a side slam on Trish, but while Victoria yells at Trish, Maria eliminates Victoria. Melina has some words for Trish, but then they both eliminate Maria. Trish with a forearm to Melina and then Trish tries for Stratusfaction, but Melina sends Trish to the apron. Melina knocks Trish off the apron to eliminate her.

Rey Mysterio says that he knows Eddie is listening to him. He has a lot of good memories of Eddie in his heart for him and his family. For Dominick and his wife. Their families bonded. He will miss Eddie and he misses him now. He wishes it is all a dream and Eddie is still there with everyone. They all miss him and Rey says that he loves Eddie. Rey says that they will miss Eddie and he was an inspiration to everyone. He had a great presence. Rey takes off his mask to wipe away the tears as we go to commercial.
On Unlimited, Gerald Brisco says that he has known Eddie his entire life because he worked with the entire Guerrero family. They were pioneers and fighters. Eddie proved to be one of the top Latino talents in the business. Eddie was not a giant physically, but he was a giant for what he stood for. Eddie opened doors for a lot of Latino wrestlers. You did not have to be a giant to be a success in the WWE. He became a mega-superstar. He sends his condolences to Eddie’s family. Eddie brightened the world and the company for being who he was. He will never be forgotten.

It is time for our next match, Eugene versus Simon Dean
Simon gets a protein bar and offers it to Eugene. Eugene takes a bite and he does not like it. Dean with a rollup for a near fall and then Simon laughs at Simon. Simon does some push-ups and Eugene does some too. Simon tries for an elbow, but Eugene moves. Eugene with a series of head butts and then he bites Simon in the rear. Eugene with a monkey flip and then he goes over to the Dean Machine. Simon hits Eugene from behind and kicks Eugene before rolling Eugene into the ring. Simon punches Eugene and then has him in a neck vice. Simon slams Eugene’s head into the turnbuckle, but Eugene ‘Hulks up’ and then does the Finger Point of Doom. Eugene punches Simon and then connects with a roundhouse punch. Eugene with an airplane spin. Simon uses the power band to avoid a German suplex, but Eugene lets go and Simon is sent into the turnbuckles. Eugene with a Rock Bottom for the three count.

After the match, Eugene rides the Dean Machine to the back.
Chris Benoit says that Eddie Guerrero is his best friend. He was a beautiful person and a kind hearted person. Words cannot describe what kind of human being Eddie was. He has known Eddie for 15 years and has laughed together and cried together with Eddie. They have been together all over the world. Eddie led by example. He was the one friend Chris could go to if he was having problems or issues. He could talk to Eddie and Eddie would understand what was going on. Eddie led by example through his life and the obstacles he went through to conquer and be a better person. They never left each other without telling each other that they loved each other. Chris loved Eddie Guerrero and he loves Eddie’s family. He sends his condolences to Eddie’s family and says that he cannot understand what they are going through at this time. He says that Eddie is in a better place and he is looking down on Chris. Chris says that he misses Eddie. Eddie made such a great impression on his life that he wants to thank him for everything that Eddie gave him. Chris will never forget Eddie. We go to commercial.
On Unlimited, Ric Flair says that Eddie was very sincere and he talked from the heart. It was real when it came to Eddie Guerrero. He had the respect of everyone who touched him. You want someone to think that you were good at what you did and that you were respected when you pass away. Eddie was that type of person. His family should be proud of the person that he was. Eddie’s stature will grow over time.

Triple H says that Eddie was an amazing guy. From a professional standpoint, he was one of the best. Technically in the ring he was awesome. He could do anything. He could make you laugh one second and then cry the next. He was a phenomenal talent. Personally, Eddie will always be an inspiration. Eddie had some demons, but he did a lot of searching in his life. He overcame that to become what he was. He has a beautiful family and he succeeded in life where so many others would have failed. Hunter says that he will miss Eddie. He wants Eddie’s family to know how important they were to Eddie because that was all he talked about. He thinks that Eddie will be proud that everyone went out and put on a show for him. Eddie was one of the most talented guys that he knows. He would want the show to go on. He is up there, lying to someone, cheating someone, and stealing our hearts. We go to commercial.
On Unlimited, Teddy Long says that everyone loved Eddie. He took time to talk to the younger guys. He was a beautiful person.

We are back for our next match, Ric Flair versus William Regal Flair woooos and struts before the match begins. Flair with a wrist lock and Regal with a reversal followed by a European uppercut and forearms in the corner. Flair backs Regal into the corner and chops and punches Regal. Regal with a kick and European uppercut for a two count. Flair blocks a hip toss and counters with an abdominal stretch. Regal gets to the ropes and also unlaces Flair’s boot. Regal attacks Flair and connects with a knee drop. Regal with European uppercuts and Flair does the Flair flop. Regal with a two count. Regal with a knee to Flair and a European uppercut that sends Flair over the top rope to the floor. Flair trips Regal and pulls him out of the ring. Flair chops Regal, but Regal with an Irish whip that sends Flair into the ringside barrier. Flair with an Irish whip followed by a chop. Flair clips Regal’s knee twice. Flair with a figure four leg lock on Regal and Regal taps.

Stephanie McMahon says that the first time she met Eddie was at Vince’s house to talk about leaving WCW to go to the WWE. She didn’t know what to expect from Eddie, but he was humble, sweet, and fun loving. Eddie decided to come to the WWE. She got to work with Eddie behind the camera and he was amazing. He could give you a range of emotion. When he went out to perform, he stole your heart. He could have the audience in the palm of his hand. He loved everybody. She talked to Eddie on Friday and Eddie said that he would be the champion again and wanted Stephanie and Vince to know it. The most important thing is Eddie’s family because he loved them more than anything else, especially Vickie and his daughters. They were his whole world. He was a father and a friend. He will always be a champion. We go to commercial.
On Unlimited, Shelton Benjamin says that Eddie was a phenomenal talent, but he tried to better himself every day. He did it for himself and his family. Eddie would tell Shelton that he did things for his family and he ruins it, Shelton would be in trouble. Eddie was a leader and a great man. He is thankful for the time that he was able to spend with him.

It is time for our next match, John Cena versus Randy Orton (with Cowboy Bob Orton)
Orton with a side head lock and a side head lock take down. Orton with a back elbow to Cena and Orton kicks Cena. Orton tries to punch Cena, but Cena blocks him and punches Orton before Orton with a thumb to the eye. Orton with a neck breaker for a two count. Orton with a reverse chin lock on Cena and the ref checks to see if it is a choke. Cena punches Orton and goes off the ropes, but Orton with a standing drop kick. Orton with an Irish whip, but when Orton charges in the corner both men’s head collide and they both go down. Cena ducks a clothesline and hits a flying shoulder tackle followed by two clotheslines, a Blue Thunder Driver, and the Five Knuckle Shuffle with a Latino flair. Cena pumps up his shoes and gets Orton up for the F-U, but Bob Orton comes in and attacks Cena from behind.
Winner: John Cena (by disqualification)
After the match, Bob and Randy punch Cena in the corner. Cena punches Bob and Randy and sends Bob out of the ring. Orton tries for an RKO, but Cena pushes Orton off and hits the F-U. Cena lays that title belt down and then takes off the Eddie Guerrero shirt he was wearing. He lays the shirt on the mat and places the belt on top as we go to credits.
