Earlier this year, at the first UFC Ultimate Fighter live special on UFC, a battle between Stephan Bonnar and Forrest Griffin made the show.
But in this instance, two live specials later, it was three excellent fights–Rashad Evans vs. Brad Imes, Luke Cummo vs. Joe Stevenson, Diego Sanchez vs. Nick Diaz–that made the show.
The special aired Saturday night, following a full day of replays of the Ultimate Fighter TV show on Spike TV hosted by rapper 50 Cent.
Thanks to their wins, Joe Stevenson and Rashad Evans will earn the six-figure contracts offered to the winners of the Ultimate Fighter show.
