The 3WA held a Hurricane benefit show in Chillicothe, OH. During the show, they also taped several matches for their upcoming ESPN program.
To begin the card, announcer Dave Lanning welcomed American Outlaw Dave Nelson and former US champion Scott Powers to the ring. Nelson announced that he was stepping down as the official manager of Zero Tolerance. They were then interrupted by Ash and someone else whose name I didn’t hear. After they were kicked out of the ring by Nelson and Powers, Nelson introduced Powers’ new manager, Poison. She seems to be defying certain physical laws, if you get my drift.
In the first match, Doink beats Big Bubba Rogers with a roll-up. After the match, Doink goes to throw the bucket of water at Bubba, but he ducks and the referee gets soaked instead.
The Wanderer and Flying Paul Harley were both counted out of the ring. In what might be an interesting side note, Harley pounded on the mat several times to get the crowd going, in a manner in which he would be “tapping out” anywhere else. It’s a sign that the 3WA may be going into “throwback” mode.
Erick Darkstorm beats “The Sexecutioner” Vinnie Viagra with a C4 flipping clothesline.
Omega beats Flawless (with manager The Stud) with a move similar to the Canadian Destroyer, only instead of a piledriver, Omega used a DDT.
Big Red, Soul, and Justin Kidd beat Sarge, Curtis “Nutt” Houseman, and Jerrit Cage when Kidd rolled-up Sarge from behind while the other four were brawling outside.
Vance Desmond beat Zac Vincent to win the 3WA Cruiserweight title.
The Mad Mongolian beat C O Hustler with a bit of Forrener Cheatin’.
The Judge vs. Scott Powers was ruled a no-contest when Ash and That Other Guy Whose Name I Missed come to the ring to attack Poison. Powers and Judge beat them away, then Dave Nelson introduces Powers to the newest member of Zero Tolerance, The Judge.
Chance Prophet and The Juggulator, Murder Death Kill, beat 3WA World champion JD Houston and Chris Conn, when MDK hit an elevated corkscrew neckbreaker.
“The Upgrade” Tyrone Evans beats “Chaotic Christian” Kano Carter wins with something he called “The Kill Shot,” similar to Monty Brown’s Pounce.
In the main event, The American Freedom Fighter pins The Canadian Crusher, Brian Boucher, with a crucifix roll-up.
