WWE.com reported earlier today that Dusty Rhodes met up with Stephanie McMahon in the WWE Headquarters over at Stamford, CT, to talk business. Ever since he left/was let go by TNA, Dusty has been interested in joining the creative end of WWE, as well as still performing on camera, which is really what they wanted out of him. The idea WWE has is that a lot of the people who have already given up will come back if they have superstars like Rhodes appear on novelty basis. They will also be interested to use him for the Hall of Fame, as well as perhaps for WWE 24/7. We’ll keep you updated.
It should also be noted that WWE.com randomly brought up Stephanie McMahon in a management type of role, as the site has never referred to her that way.
