Edge meets Kane for the infinity time tonight on RAW, as the two men face in a Stretcher match. I won’t be surprised if we see what we’ve been seeing for two weeks now – with Gene Snitsky and Matt Hardy making their presence felt, and the match ending in a B.S. way. Then again, you gotta believe that this feud has to end sooner or later. I think we might be headed for a SummerSlam match between the two. If we are, I expect another BS end tomorrow. If not, then this is definitely going on until the ‘Slam PPV.
The other item of interest in WWE.com’s preview of RAW is the Battle of the Bands announced for Monday Night RAW between Chris Jericho’s band Fozzy, and the non-existent John Cena band, which is yet to have a name. Yeah. I don’t know how that’s pushing their PPV match at SummerSlam, but that’s what you get. Jericho has not done a solid job of presenting himself as a top competitor, so we’ll see where this is going.
The Diva Search continues this week, with a new obstacle waiting. I’m excited! YEAH! Ugh.
We should see more development towards SummerSlam going on in tonight’s RAW. Shelton Benjamin and Carlito might end up wrestling again, the way things are going.
I’m unsure if Hogan is going to be on the program this week, but HBK most definitely will.
I don’t think Triple H is coming back anytime soon, so I don’t see the return of The Game tonight on RAW.
This should be another “more talk, less wrestling” type of show. I hope they have a kick-ass edition tonight, but going in, I’m really not expecting all that much.
