At the UPW show last night Chris Masters did his Masterlock Challenge with an audience member also named Chris who was there representing one of the show’s sponsors, needless to say he didn’t win. After the challenge he hit on a valet, who slapped him and was then put in the Masterlock. Shortly after that Frankie Kazarian made the save. After the show he signed autographs and took polaroids. He was really outgoing and very cordial. (Thanks to Francis Szyskowski)
Sorry I am a little late with this one. I attended the Comic Con last Sunday when The Rock was there. The turn out was huge. About 1,000 people were packed into the room and they were all there to see The Rock. The Rock came out to a huge ovation. He was there to show a preview trailer of “Doom” and talk about filming. At the end of the show they let people go up and ask questions. But “Doom” looks like a real good movie. Should be great in the movies, The Rock introduced the First Person Shooter like the game. We all wanted to hear some gimmicks and “finally The Rock has come back to San Diego.” We got a couple of “People’s Eyebrows.” Overall, The Rock was a clown on-stage having fun, making the people laugh, doing what he does best.
